Poor customer service.

I spent $500 on one pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I never got an email (as stated I should have on the company website) that notified me of late item delivery. I had to call customer service to find out why I didn't receive both of my items at the same time. After over one month of waiting for my sunglasses to arrive, I finally hear from customer service and they tell me that they don't make the sunglasses I ordered any more. When I asked for a refund the customer service representative told me that they do have the sunglasses I ordered but they don't come polarized. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

Chat support was very friendly the two times I contacted them to check on my order which was over a month in the process. Both times i was told it would be expedited. I didn't receive my glasses until over 1.5 months after the order. I have them now and they are pretty uncomfortable. Guess i should always try glasses on first.

Slow and uninformative

I ordered glasses and within a couple of days was told they were on back order and would be in within 2 weeks. Even after 2 weeks my order only said "in process". I had to make 3 or 4 calls inquiring about their status. Each time I called it seemed that they would move along in the process only to stall again. Finally I called and got frustrated. At that point I was able to get them overnighted to me at no charge... it just shouldn't take me having to make so many calls to get that to happen. Once I started reading reviews online, I found this is a very common problem. My mistake for not doing my research first. All in all, I got the glasses I wanted and they are perfectly fine... but it was a slow process. Now I know why this site had them priced lower than the others.

Every aspect of my experience was poor. The glasses are not sized correctly, delivery is still not complete after more than 6 weeks, communication and follow thru is a complete failure.

Needs improvement

It took them forever 4weeks to get me my glasses even tho it said 2-3 DAYS for the frame! They didn't contact me to say they didn't have the frames. It's says 24 hrs when you contact them with an email for them response back, most of the time I didn't get even an answer back.
