Shipping info on site stated 5 days production time and then shipping. It took 14 days for production, over an hour wait time twice to speak to a human and several unanswered emails with EZcontacts only to not have my questions answered or resolved. The sunglasses I bought were also poorly pictured and described on the site. So what I got didn't really match. False advertising at it's best. Then I paid more for polarized lenses and they were barely tinted and barely block the sun. They wouldn't give a refund and then just completely stopped responding to my emails to fix the situation. Used to be a regular customer, but will NEVER buy from again!

Took forever

They emailed me after i placed the order and said that what i ordered wouldn't be in stock for about 6 weeks. I waited the 6 weeks and heard nothing further. I then had to contact THEM to see what the status was. At that point they offered to let me choose a different pair of frames and then i had to wait another 3 weeks until my order was filled. Very very very dissatisfied with my experience.

Wonderful Experience

I received my glasses in exactly two weeks for around 50% of the cost of Lenscafters. I've been recommending EZContacts to my friend and family since then because of my great experience.

Horrible experience ordering, shiand dealing with Customer Support but I loved the glasses however. Customer service is nearly impossible to get, won't respond to messages. Charged my card before order was shipped or processed. Took nearly a month to get glasses that should of took 4 days. Only reason I may considering using again is the affordable prices.

Great experience

I had my prescription eyeglasses done online through EZcontact.com, the processing time was almost 2-3 weeks but I got glasses with the perfect prescription and lenses.

It is a definitely awesome experience and will do.it again with another pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses.

Very bad quality and service

Waited for almost a month for shipping, very bad lenses quality, returned for replacement, very bad customer service, don't answer phone calls and takes forever to get back confusing non specific email replies. For two months now, I have received neither a refund nor a replacement.

My order took 6 weeks. That is ridiculous. It stated online that it would basically take 2 weeks AT THE MOST... I called and emailed multiple times and was basically told your company party was the week the glasses were "processing" so I was out of luck. You should have offered me a full refund. The 10% discount I got was not enough in my opinion because I had to order other glasses and received them in the time you all were enjoying your company party. Lame.

The glasses have good quality for the price but they took 1 1/2 month to get the frame. I had to call several times and the representative stated that the glasses were coming from Italy which was not true. When they glasses got here the glasses said china. In their website it stated they will be shipped within 2-3 days and they took too long. Overall very slow process.

Long wait

I am overall very happy with the quality of the final product and the final packaging presentation. I am not satisfied though with how long it took from the moment I placed the order to the moment the lenses arrived; I do not mind waiting 3 or 4 weeks as long as I am aware that that is in fact the wait time but it was frustrating to wait without understanding what was the reason of the delay. It would have been great if you would notify the client of the reason for the hold up instead of me logging in frequently and the order status always being "in process". I finally called and they explained that they were waiting for the lenses. It would have been nice if they would have notified me via e-mail or updated the status of the order in the webpage.
Still, as I mentioned before, aside from that problem I am very satisfied with the product and the price!

These glasses are exactly what she wanted. She loves the bling on the sides makes them very feminine. She calls them Choos! The only I wish is there was a way to have them fitted to her face ears etc. Overall we are totally satisfied with the purchase.

Great price, great product!

I ordered a pair of designer frames with prescription lenses. I had to wait longer than I expected, but I was thrilled when I finally received them. Communication could have been better, but the incredibly low price and great quality of the glasses offset this negative. I would purchase from EZContacts again.
