I love this company. I ordered the glasses I really wanted for a fraction of the cost at a local retailer. The glasses were made quickly and sent even faster. I will definitely purchase from the again.
I will admit I was a little skeptical at first, but I was using my company contributed HSA to pay so I wouldn't be out of money if it was a scam lol (thank goodness it was legit). I had been looking for a certain pair of vogue eyeglasses and this website was the only place I could find them available and for an awesome price! It was easy to find the right frames and put my prescription in online. They also had a sale going on that reduced the price even more and a customer service rep helped me with that! Other than it taking awhile to actually ship to me (I'm assuming because of assembly and putting the prescription lenses in the frames) everything was great and I LOVE my glasses. Will definitely use them for future purchases!
Everything was great, except for the delivery time on glasses. I thought that was a little too long.

I haven't had a great experience at all. Still have yet to receive my last order for my glasses. I have not received any type of updates regarding status.
Ez contacts is the only place I would shop for contacts or glasses because the selections are affordable..
Needed to get information on order (prescription sunglasses) if I would get it in time before a trip and Darryl was capable of providing the necessary details.

It was my first pair of rx glasses to commence, was a bit sceptical at first but the prices were just right for my budget because optician i went to glasses is like double the prices, as with eZcontacts Great prices and value when recieve was amazing. Lenses very clear overall one of the best buy I'm glad i ordered here

Ordered glasses the middle of March and credit card was charged immediately. Received one email saying it would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks tried contacting company for delivery date. No response to multiple emails, calling was a joke. Waited on hold over 1 hour to go back to the end of the line. Glasses arrived 2 weeks later. Like I said, ok if you don't mind paying first and waiting 6 uneasy weeks for delivery with no follow up communication. Almost cancelled the payment before the glasses arrived. Not a good business model. Would not order from them again.

Love The Glasses Came With Back Up Lenses. Will Totaly Recommend It. It Just Took Too Long To Process And Get Shipped (3 Weeks). And Missing A Small Diamond. No Big Deal. But Defenetly Will Buy A Another Pair When Needed.
I received what I wanted but had a horrible experience with this company. First, after a couple of days I received an email that my order is back ordered for about a month. So I call customer service during operating hours and it is closed. Checked the website and it states that it is open but no one is home. Sent an email to customer service and no return. Send another email and again no return. Send yet another email basically stating that I will just cancel if no one gets back to me. I received my product 2 days after that email on a Saturday. I then receive a condescending email from one of the horrible csr's stating that there should be no problem as I have already received my item. This place HATES return customers. After they receive your money they disconnect and anything that happens is somehow on you and not their concern.

My glasses were over a week late and were only shipped after two phone calls (two hours on hold) and several emails. Further, the lenses fog very quickly.
Absolutely terrible customer service. All information was misconstrued and nobody I personally spoke to was on the same page as one another to properly give me the status I needed for my order. They told me all different information on when my glasses were going to be shipped and when I should be receiving it and why it wasn't finished in the first place. After the first phone call it was supposed to be shipped overnight for the troubles and that was not done either. There was no compensation of any sort after the 2 wasted phone calls I had to place still wondering where my order was at. There was no communication about any of this until I called to check myself, which is very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed one wouldn't be there until later in the afternoon and they would call me then. I never received a phone call or email as promised. I have never experienced a company with so little respect or even decency for a paying customer.
It took over a month, ordered March 7 and delivered April 26, and countless emails to receive my glasses, many excuses were given and the customer service was not great. They were not forthcoming with information, I had to specifically ask a direct question to get an answer, and even when I requested that they keep me updated, I would still have to send an email asking for an update to get any information. Was it worth it for the glasses when they finally showed up? Yes, but only because I've been wanting this specific pair for months and it was a good price. I won't be reordering. I had no issues with the glasses themselves, they arrived intact and just as pictured.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
