I am very happy with my new pair of glasses. My only issue was that it took a little longer than expected to receive them. Otherwise, I have been quite pleased!

Ordered a pair of glasses. Took 3-5 business days. Then had to initiate contact with them 4 or 5 times. Waited on hold for 20+ minutes each time.
Kept being put off. Finally after 4 weeks of their lies they told me the manufacturer didn't make these frames anymore. Waiting on the refund. PayPal dispute opened.

I chose to shop on EZContacts because their e-commerce experience is smooth, seamless, and easy to use (also, the best prices I could find online). I was slightly disappointed that the shipping time took longer than initially described. I can wait for shipping: As long as it says 2 weeks, I'll wait 2 weeks. I just think that those expectations could be better managed because I was expecting my order in 5 days. Otherwise, it was a super smooth process and I am very happy with my purchase!
Glasses fit perfect and at a reasonable price I will recommend to my family and friends the process was easy and convenient.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase from EZ Contacts. My eyeglasses came securely packaged a little less than 2 weeks after I ordered them online, and the price was the best I found after doing research and comparisons. Definitely ordering through them again the next time I need another pair of eyeglasses!
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my glasses were received and should be shipped in 3-4 business days and it took another 2 weeks to ship. The only reason that I am giving this a 3, is because of the 3rd customer service actually told me when my glasses would ship and had my order sent priority mail.
Took awhile longer than what the lead time said. After a couple emails to customer service they worked it out. Seems like they expedited the shipping so the glasses came closer to the expected delivery date. After everything I would buy from them again.

I ORDERED THE GLASSES MARCH 14TH WITH EXPRESS 1-DAY SHIPPING. THEY ARRIVED MAY 1ST AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN CONSTANT NOTIFICATIONS BUT IT WAS ME HAVING TO ASK WHAT WAS UP. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A DISCOUNT.

I love my glasses perfect fit. Thx, Shipping was fast the frames are georgeous. When I called customer service, they were nice and efficient. I love, love, love them.
Absolutely horrible experience. Waited a month for an item that was originally promised in 3-7 business days. Since I received ZERO notifications of the delays (or their reasons), I had to contact customer service myself. Each time I contacted customer support, I got a different reason why the order was delayed. The first time, which was a week after I was supposed to receive my glasses, I was told it was because the frames had to be special ordered. I was reassured they would be "shipping in 3-5 days".
Another week and a half passes, and still no glasses.
I called second time, and was told it was because of the Easter/Passover holiday, and the lenses had to be special ordered. I was "upgraded" to expedited shipping, and again told they would ship in 3-5 days.
Another week and a half passes, and still no glasses.
On the third call, I was told it was because the lenses failed inspection, and would have to be re-cut. I expressed my frustration with the representative, and she placed a "rush" order with the lab. However, despite my patience and frustration, they were unwilling to compensate me further (either through partial refund for delays or free overnight shipping) to make-up for their problems. The closest they came was "express", which still meant another 3-4 day wait.
Almost one month to the day, the glasses finally arrived. The thrill of the great price is long gone, because the delays, frustration, and poor communication have sealed the deal. I will not use EZContacts again.

Apparently, there has been an unforeseen delay on the manufacturer's end, so the order got delayed all along. Once your order got completed we expedited the shipping for you. Placed an order over the Easter holiday. Chose the wrong tint of lens. Emailed twice (was assured on the site that response would be within 2 business days. Totally understood a delay because of the holiday.) I didn't hear back for a week. Then I was told it was too late to change my order. I had also tried calling and left a message. The glasses are okay but I don't love them.

I ordered a Polo Frame & theur sute promised 2-3 business days before its shipped out. Then a week later they said 5 more days. Then the same day they change their story to 2 more weeks. Terrible!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
