Had to wait 2 months before getting my glasses. The first one i chose, i noticed a week had past without it being processed. I called customer service (where you had long call wait time btw) and she told me they did not have it so i can wait or select another. I selected another and to cancel the first order, only to find out later again, they didnt have it and had to wait once more. By this time the first order came in stock and they didnt cancel the order and they charged me for 2 glasses to my account. I waited 2 months between harassing them and calling to get my refund back for one of the glass to finally getting the product which I didnt like anyway. Tint was too dark and now I gotta send it back again.
I'm am very happy with the glasses. Only conplain I have was that I very disapointed at the begining, even thought that this was a scam because it took them a long time to ship the product. Also, I called couple of times and they did not worked and answered the phone. At least after almost more than 15 days, I got the glasses. They did a great job with my prescription, the glasses are great quality, and I got bunch of gifts at the package. I'm planing to order again very soon! I recommended Ezcontacts to all my friends and posted on the Facebook too. Thank you!
I order my lenses a month ago, I don't received yet I email it and they said I need to wait for another month
He answered every question I had promptly. Very great customer service! I loved the fact that I'm could live chat with someone in seconds vs waiting 10 minutes over the phone! Thank you!
I sent a pair of sunglasses back to be repaired after the prescription lenses would not stay in the frame. The sunglasses were shipped to the wrong address and after multiple attempts to find out when they were going to be reshipped to the right address I have not received any information. Every time I call customer service it takes over an hour to get through to anyone and it takes them multiple days to respond to an email inquiry. I still have not received the sunglasses and have no idea where they are.
Good fit and lenses are a good match. I was satisfied with the whole process. I would probably in time order more.
It took longer than expected and no information on the order. I have waited and waited, then call them, I was on hold for thirty minutes to talk to one of the lady. Product came week later. I have no complaints on the product. Just the service was bad compact to the company I was dealing with before.
Though the site says 5-7 business days, they don't include that the it first has to be shipped from a warehouse to EZ contacts and then to the consumer. It took almost 3 weeks for me to get the glasses. I will say that I do like my glasses and trust they are authentic. Still recommend the site for inexpensive frames. Just factor in the longer shipping.
Dont know why Im a customer buying something and yet my items get shipped to me whenever EZ contacts feels like shipping my orders. Still missing a pair of frames.
Overall it was a good value, I will try again.
In my case, the website did not indicate that the color of the frame I chose to order wasn't in stock. I placed the order easily but heard from the customer service a week later that the color was OOS. I will need to wait another 3-4wks for the color or order a diff one that is in-stock. I compromised on the color but still had to wait for 10days to get the product. The packing was good, I verified with a local costco that the lens was per prescription. No boxes for the frame? The customer service contact tools aren't the greatest. Chat service was spotty and the call center phone lines you have to wait for a long time.

Ordered sunglasses 2x, contacts once, and a prescription eyeglasses in the span of several years... all 4 orders went fine. I didn't wait too long for the 3 previous orders but the prescription glasses took a few days longer than the maximum estimated time they listed on their FAQs. I emailed them to check status, they responded same day and then it was shipped out the next day. Overall time took about 2 wks which is only a little longer than some other eye places that send prescriptions out to labs. Not sure if I've just been lucky compared to others. Ultimately I've been pleasantly surprised with my orders with them.

The production of the Tom Ford glasses I ordered took a couple weeks... but it was all worth it! I absolutely LOVE my new glasses!
It started out a little rocky because I ordered two frames and from my understanding they would not swipe my card until my frames had prescription in them but that was not the case I placed the order and my money was taken off my card right away and one pair was not even in stock and it took three weeks to get them

I placed my order on April 9th and according to their website my glasses would ship in 5-7 business days. That was right around Easter, so I allowed a few extra days due to the holiday. A few weeks went by with no communication or update to my order status, it still said "processing". I sent numerous emails and tried to call with no reply. I had to escalate the situation through PayPal and only then was I contacted and my order shipped. The glasses are perfect, but they seriously need to work on their order updates and customer service. People shouldn't have to threaten legal action to know what's going on with their order.

I was lied to about my order being shipped THREE times. Then I called to cancel, and instead of canceling and refunding my money as I asked... they shipped my order so they didn't have to refund my money.

It took over 1 week to get a reply to my emails. Shipped was over 3 weeks with no communications. Most online retailers provide better service. I had seen similar reviews on other review web sites and if I had seen them before I would not have bought here. The few dollars I saved was not worth it.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
