When retail stores near me offered buy 1 get 1 frames (such as Visionworks), I always wondered how they ever profited. I went in to pick out a pair of AX frames and was told the frame itself would be $120, and including lenses, it would cost around $300-400. I was a little off-put by the price so I went online to research. I stumbled upon EZContacts, found the same pair of glasses, and to top it off, was able to purchase it for only about $60, including lenses! Of course it seemed too good to be true, I started reading reviews and got a little scared by what others had posted, and panicked because I had already placed an order. I reached out to customer service on the status of my order, since it had been about 2 weeks, and they responded promptly. My order came in after a couple days in a cute box, with lens cleaning supplies, and even a certificate authenticating that my purchase was in fact designer brand frames. Trust me, give EZContacts a try, you'll never shop through retail chains again!
Product arrived as described and with the correct prescription. Price was also great. I would have appreciated an update on the lenses as they were made; my order only read "processing" for a couple weeks.

I ordered a pair of glasses that were supposed to take no longer that a week to ship and i had to wait over a month. The solely provided expedited shipping, but no discount on the long wait. Product was great, but the site should've alerted me that there was a back order or at the least, contact me to let me know what was going on.
I've used EZContacts for a few years now and am always 100% satisfied with the quality of their prescription lenses, price and customer service. Not only is their website easy to use, but the fast shipments and great prices always have me coming back!

I am so happy with my overall experience. The glasses needed to be ordered and it took 7-10 business days which they informed me of. It took another week at the lab and my RX was perfect. The lenses are crystal clear and truly antireflctive. I loved the little extras in my package like the cleaning kit and screw driver. I called customer service once to check in and the associate was helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things and look forward to ordering again
My first time ordering contacts from them was a fiasco. Took a month and countless phone calls back and forth to customer service. I was assured that it was a rare occurance because they are updating their website. So stupid me, 6 months later I decide to give them another shot. Received shipping notification 2 weeks ago. Emailed customer service 2 days ago, no response. Called today and was told they are hoping to ship today! Same exact scenario as the last time I ordered! I truly believe that they don't bother shipping until a customer calls looking for their order! Do NOT order from this joke of a company. Supposedly they are in NY. I could have driven there and picked my contacts up and been home by now!
I have ordered twice from EZContacts in the past month. My first order came within a week of me placing the order; however, I returned it and ordered a different pair of glasses. I have received notification that UPS delivered the returned glasses a week ago to the EZContacts location but have not received any kind of notice that delivery was received and that the return is in progress from EZContact.

They're a 100% scam. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and my frames haven't shipped yet. The customer service is horrendous they lie to you every step of the way. Every time I call they make up an excuse and promise to email me with more information or a status. Employee' John, Emanuel and Rico are all crooks as well. They make promises they can't deliver. And I mean promises to simply email me a status since I can't spend all day with them on the phone. They take forever to answer the customer service line and once they do they leave you on hold forever while they're "checking the status". I made the mistake of ignoring all their bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. Literally 3 weeks and they still didn't ship my order. I am mad beyond belief and am going to right them a bad review on every website I can to make sure no one ever gets screwed over like I did.
Try on the glasses of your liking at a store before you purchase a pair for fitting, dropping, ear comfort, nose comfort, and how close they are to your eyelash.
It's been over a month no glasses. When I received the prescription lenses were wrong. I sent again a two page letter and asking for a call from some one. No one has called me. Customer service people are from another country. You can't understand them. I asked to be transferred no luck. I want my glasses with readers lenses in the bottom 2.50
That all I want, 8 people say they can do that but they came to me and the whole lens was done. They have my glasses and keep saying some one will call. I'm contacting the Attorney General and who else will listen.

Found my favorite Kate Spade frames. I've never tried to order prescription glasses on line and had to measure my pupil distance. Not sure how accurate I was. The glasses came with progressive lenses and it feels like the distance portion is too high on the lens so I wear the glasses low. In future I will order single vision only. The processing and delivery was longer than promised. Overall happy but learned some lessons. The prices were great.
My experience was not that great it took me three months to receive my glasses I should've been told that from the start that I wasn't going to receive my glasses for three months but instead it said 5 to 7 business days which was incorrect I think you need to work on that.
Found exactly the frame my daughter wanted. We had the frame number to order and it was $150.00 less than in stores. Ordering was super easy. I was worried about measuring her eye distance. But was super easy and accurate. Glasses fit right out of the package. No adjusting needed. We received them in like 10 days and love them. Will definitely order again from EZContacts!

I don't recommend doing business with these guys. You are just giving your money away. I paid them and never received my glasses. I've emailed them regarding the status of my order and did not get a response

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
