They sent the wrong prescription. I called customer service to report. It took 5 mins to answer, then put on hold for 17 minutes " to investigate ", before being cut off.
Call #2,, answered, put on hold, and cut off.
Call #3, told they would replace if I paid shipping! Recording, (which I heard over and over while on hold), states they check each prescription before shipping to make sure it's correct.
They made, a mistake and want me to send more money?!
It's been two days since they were getting approval to waive the shipping fees... Terrible customer service, would NEVER use again.
I ordered sunglasses two weeks ago and have not received them nor heard what the status is. I login and apparently the order which wasto take 3-5 days is still in process!
I saw an eyeglass frame at a local store and they wanted to charge me $450 for the glasses. I found the exact same frame on EZContacts and got single vision glasses for $82.00. Unbelievable. The glasses arrived nicely packaged along with free products to keep the glasses clean. My next pair will definitely be ordered thru them as well.
Someone mentioned to me that she buys frames online then takes them to her local Costco to have the lense prescription put into the frame which is also an option.
The website was very easy. My glasses came a week later and they were perfect! Will definitely order from you again.
I was unsure about buying prescription glasses online but it turned out to be great! I went to Lens Crafters and decided there that I liked a pair of frames that cost $135, just the frames. The pair that i got off this site with everything I wanted type of lenses and the same frames cost $129
This is my second purchase from EZContacts and I'm really satisfied with it. I've been recommending this site to all my friends.
Stupid me... I should have read all the reviews first before purchasing from this company. Pretty much what everyone else says happened to me. Took a month to receive my contact lens. They gave the typical line that they were out stock despite the fact that their site said in stock. They charged my card right away. I then returned half my order due to my prescription changing a bit. Now, a month after they received my returned contacts, they have yet to refund my money. Same old lies and excuses... we're backed up with returns, we processed your refund last week and it's your credit card company fault. Do not believe all the fake reviews, you will get screwed and lied to repeatedly.
Terrible customer service, steer clear. I placed an order for eyeglasses on May 26th. The website states to allow for 3-5 days to customize lenses and 1-2 days for the frames to arrive to warehouse. I called on June 2nd just to see what my order status was and I was told that they were still waiting for my glasses to be shipped from the manufacturer and that it would be an additional 1-3 weeks before my glasses would be at the warehouse. The website states that they would notify with any delays but I was not notified. I told them I would like to cancel my order as it would take too long, which they did and then told me I would have my refund in 24-48 business hours. It has now been 9 business days and I have not received my refund. I called and was told that they canceled my order but they did not refund my money but could not tell me why. No they are hopefully refunding my money but it will be an additional 3-4 business days. Terrible customer service, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!
EZContacts has a wide variety of options for glasses and prescriptions. I was able to get the digital blocker I was looking for and my prescription on name brand glasses for an amazing price. I will be back!
As long as you set your expectations such that the turnaround for your order will depend upon whether the item purchased is currently in stock or needs to be special ordered from the manufacturer, this is a great servicer for high end eyewear at significantly competitive prices. So far I've ordered about three pairs of frames, all prescription (two pairs of shades, one pair of eyeglasses) -- the one that was already in stock came lightning fast - a gorgeous pair of Celine for men prescription eyeglasses. Authentic product, my prescription is on point - I'll definitely be a returning client/customer.
I ordered a beautiful pair of Tory Burch glasses. I was hesitant about ordering from this site, but it turned out to be a good purchase.
I priced both my frames at LensCrafters and out the door was $750+. I found both frames I wanted here for a fraction of the cost so I get to rock some very stylish brand frames without breaking the bank

I received my glasses within a week. The frames were high quality at 1/2 retail price. I opted for the free lenses which were perfectly fine. I have bought get several pairs of glasses from ezcontacts and have been generally satisfied with their service.
Everything was perfect when they came in, the perscription and I love the frames but it took almost two months to receive my glasses!
It was very easy to find the glasses I was looking for. Adding my doctor's prescription was very easy. All the process went smoothly. I received my glasses in 10 days, which was a very reasonable time knowing they had to receive the glasses first then personalize with what I chose and then send them to me.
Originally I was a bit upset because based on the information online I was expecting my glasses to arrive in 2 weeks. I reached out to your customer service chat and the agent I spoke with was really exceptional. He looked into when I could expect my glasses and once knowing I was not happy about the 1 month time frame as opposed to 2 weeks he had them rush delivered and they arrived very quickly. I did not need or expect any exception to the rule just wanted to mention that I was unhappy with what appeared to be misleading information however he went above and beyond. Unfortunately I do not have the transcript any longer to verify his name but thank you. I also am very happy with my new glasses.
I ordered my glasses on April 4th. I did not receive them until the end of May, due to them being backordered. This would have not been a problem had it been communicated. After not recievjng any information by the end of April, I called the company and was told that the glasses were backordered u too May 12th, and I would receive them shortly thereafter. It wasn't until I called again at the end of May that I was told that the glasses didn't come in until the 23rd, and they were being sent in for lenses and then they would be shipped to me. Once again, had this been communicated from the company, it wouldn't have been a big deal. But I wasn't told anything until I called. This is the second time I have ordered from this company, my glasses have been back ordered, and I wasn't told. This time was a little more troubling, as they took almost two months, and this was a gift for my grandmother.
It took more than two week for my glasses to ship, when I called customer service I was told they would be there by that upcoming Friday. Instead they came that following Friday of the next week.
No issues super easy and received my glasses very quickly. Was sporting my new glasses within a week.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
