I was overall quite satisfied, but the time it took to process my order was dreadfully long. In order to post this review, I have to provide more characters than simply the first sentence, which is also ridiculous. Come on.
Wonderful site for glasses but when the glasses took almost two weeks I was concerned. I called and customer service got on it right away and sent my glasses right away.
First order from EZContacts--order confirmed, credit card charged, then notice that my frames were not in stock (a fact that should have been noted on the website, and that I should have been advised of before ordering). My request for some compensation for this unwarranted delay was disregarded. After 6 weeks, I received my order. The sunglasses were fine, so I overlooked the failures of customer service. I should have known better, but I placed a second order, hoping the company would try to remedy my earlier dissatisfaction with expedited service. No such luck. Once again, only after I had placed the order, I received notice that my order would be delayed for up to 6 weeks! Repeated queries to Customer Service have not even been acknowledged, much less answered. The lack of candor in product availability is unacceptable, but the lack of customer service in trying to remedy this frustration is abominable.
Company took my money immediately. I asked to cancel the order they shipped item anyway took long time to arrive i sent it back i am still waiting for my refund...

I ordered glasses that I had previously tried on in a store in my area. I loved them when I tried them on, so I was excited to find them on EzContacts. However, the glasses I received are much darker and larger than the ones I tried on at the store. They look cheaply made and like a knock off. Will not buy again.

Very little communication, had to try and push for the delivery date. Just not a great experience. I would of preferred more of an explanation on the production of the product. I felt as though they had taken my money then forgotten about me.
They sent the wrong glasses and still want me to pay for exchange fee when it was ezcontacts fault. I have also been waiting 2 weeks for them to process the exchange and on top of that the whole process of them sending and me sending the return has been more than a month and a half. I just want my new pair of glasses
Very little/poor communication. Took too long to receive my glasses -- and with very little communication I was unsure if I would receive them at all.

The glasses are very big and it slips out of my head when I look down. They should at least have a curticy to fix the problem. I have bought more then 5 pairs from them in the past.

I savings over $100 ordering from EZContacts and the glasses were perfect. They lost a star for the slow shipping. It took almost 4 weeks to receive the glasses. Overall I am very happy and would order from them again.
I just ordered a new pair of eyeglasses. The customer service is great. There is a great selection of frames and the prices are better!

This was my second time ordering glasses through EZ contacts and it wasnt any better than the first.
When I ordered my glasses they say nothing about not having them in stock. Days later I got an email saying they would take an extra 15 days because they need to get the frames from Italy.
In the email they stated that there is now an opertunity to contact them to switch frames but the only reason I went with them in the first places was that they had the frames I wanted for a good price. After that, it took longer than 15 days and there is no updates through the website. It simply says processing. So you have to email them and BAM, they now have the frames all of a sudden and its only going to take 10 more days to get them to you because you picked the free shipping. If you take that long to fill an order, good customer service upgrades to faster shipping.
If this company wants to improve, they need to state up front how long it will take just to get the glasses in stock, improve their orders page to better reflect where they are in prosessing and take care of their customers when they fall behind on fulfillment.
The 1 Star Im giving is for pricebut honestly not worth it.

The glasses and the lens seem bet poorly made and flimsy. They do not have the same build quality as other places.

Got the exact pair I ordered. Took two weeks to get the glasses from the manufacturer to the lab but they gave me free expedited shipping once it got to the lab. Came in original box and with some nice extras... Will definitely be a return customer

Ordered contacts for three day delivery. On day 5 of waiting for contacts after order said "fully shipped" on their webpage started trying to contact them. Tried to contact company via email and live chat on numerous occasions and got no response to my question regarding delivery and shipment tracking. Finally got theough on the phone (after long waits numerous times) and was told my contacts were not shipped because the manufacturer was backordered and they would take another 2-3 weeks to be available, and would be shipped via three day delivery once available. I asked when EZContact became aware of this backorder and was told "the day the contacts were ordered." I asked why no one contacted me to advise me of this and was told they planned on sending an email later today (8 days after my order was made. I asked to cancel the order and was told my order cancellation would process in about a day because they needed to send a cancellation to the manufacturer first and receive confirmation of cancellation from them before they could process my cancellation, and that I would be reimbursed 3-5 days after that. So now I have no contacts after 8 days of waiting for my order, and will not be issued a refund so that I can purchase from a reputable seller for another 4-6 days. Would never use them again - no matter how much they claim to be saving me.
I found the frames I wanted, added the lenses (from a wide assortment), and ordered my glasses online. I checked on my order's status by email 2 weeks later, and received a personal email the next day with that update. The glasses arrived a few days later. I love my glasses, and I love the goodies that came with them!

I ordered a pair of vogue cat eye glasses. They came in a timely manner and in the right prescription! Great quality and customer service. I will be buying again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
