They have glasses that are on back order for 2 months, but still sell them. By the time the let me know it was to late.

The quality of the progressive lenses are disappointed. I chose the thinnest
Lenses you have. They came out thicker than my old lenses. The edge of the lenses are not smooth.

Shipping took some time but that's not what really was the issue. It was the fact that my sunglasses where supposed to have gray lens but what I got is some kind of red tent. Other than that the glasses are fine.

Not only did my glasses arrive on time, but the quality is great. My favorite thing about this company though is the employee who assisted me on the telephone!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I received a beautiful pair of glasses that looked exactly like the ones I saw online and they are good quality and arrived quickly! I will definitely use this company for my family's glasses as well. Great experience!

I copied my RX down-and the glasses came all wrong! And 2 pairs instead on one! How do I return them

Placed my order on June 12th, 2017 for two pairs of glasses. One pair was partially shipped on June 18th. The second pair has not been shipped yet. Still no word of a back order or other complication that would cause such a delay on the second pair and it's July 3rd now...

You guys are affordable and I enjoyed my new glasses. I went to several websites in the past and looked at their glasses selections and was dissatisfied but with EZCONTACTS it was quick and easy and somewhat effortless.

I am very pleased with my glasses. This is my second pair I have gotten from this website and the same frame. I love the frames so much I ordered with a new script in a different color than what I have.

I contacted customer service to make a change and 2 weeks later finally got an answer that it´s too late now. Well you don´t say?!?! Also no try to make it up to me.
Frames were cheap but eyeglass lenses were way too expensive for the poor quality

Order took about a month to receive! Glasses should not take that long to order. Price was great but I had to call in and ask for details.

My stepdaughter convinced me to try this site when I needed a pair of driving glasses. She taught me how to take the measurement and helped me browse glasses. They are accurate and I get compliments on what was intended to be a backup pair of glasses!

I had made 2 purchases within a month. My first order was brand name sunglasses that arrived within days of ordering. The second order was also brand name frames with prescription, it took a little over a week, but was expected due to the Rx lenses. Overall, great experience and great prices, will purchase again in the near future. Thanks EZContacts.

It took a little time, I think 16 days from order to arrival but everything seems to be in order! Would recommend.
