I found Coach glasses I liked at my eye doctor. I searched the Internet to find them cheaper but they were out of stock on most sights. Found them on EZ Contacts and was excited to give online glasses a try. Paid for speedy shipping. Then got an email saying it would be back ordered 4-6 weeks. Disappointed. But fine. 6 weeks later, crickets. First email to customer service ignored. 2nd said they were expected soon. 3rd email really, they were expected soon. At this point I cancelled the ordered as I was literally lied to. Not cool. Got an email back saying they were in route. Sure enough, got them. It had been 10 weeks. And the glasses were SO WIDE they fell of my face. They were even big on my husband! I wrote saying I wanted to return them as a)I had cancelled the order and b) they were stupidly wide. Cooled down a bit and took them to my eye doc who graciously adjusted them to they fit. Also realized that I saved a total of 50 bucks for 10 weeks of frustration and poor communication. Lesson learned.

After visiting numerous stores and having no luck finding frames that were both attractive AND affordable, I found ezcontacts.com. I was hesitant because I had never bought prescription glasses online but was not willing to pay the exorbitant prices for a pair of frames in store after realizing that i could pay less than half that online. Overall I found the experience seamless. I received fast responses from customer service and when the frame I chose was out of stock they were able to get me another color without delaying my order. I will definitely be shopping with ezcontacts in the future.

I really Love my new glasses but I think the prescription in the left eye need to be redone. Also I found that the tint on them is just a tad bit too dark.
Ezcontacts is a great place to find great customer service and great prices for quality and name brand glasses.
I ordered a pair of glasses and wanted to return them for a different style frame. The process was super easy, I was able to talk to someone on the phone who answered some questions I had.

Took 3 weeks to get my glasses and received damaged/scratched glasses at the end. Had issue w coupon code from the very beginning that no one would honor. Would not recommend site to friends an will not order in the future.
Wish I read these reviews. Wow. I ordered some beautiful Gucci glitter sunglasses. The price was unbeatable (should have been my first clue). Said available 2-3 days. Ya right. Got email like everyone else that it would now take 2 weeks. Call customer service, and asked them to cancel order immediately because the frames were a gift and I couldn't wait that long. The rep gave me the RUN AROUND with a million options to not cancel. She offered me a further discount, expidied shipping, exchange plus more discount, etc etc. I said NO I JUST WANT TO CANCEL. Then they put you on hold and tell you they need approval for the cancellation and they will email you when it's been cancelled. DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. Trust me, they are just trying to stall the issue. I refused to get off the phone until I saw a legit cancellation email. I kept demanding a manager. Then I was out on hold. Same ditzy girl kept coming back saying the manager is out of the office (ya right) and that she wasn't allowed to cancel orders (ya right) without approval and would have to get back to me. Nope nope nope. Don't hang up! I persisted and stood my ground that I would not hang up until the order was cancelled. Luckily I wasn't "disconnected" like so many other people were. Finally after almost 45 minutes of arguing, being on hold, and basically begging this nutty rep, finally she is like, ok your order is cancelled and you should get an email in a few minutes. Oh really, all of a sudden you can do it now? So scammy! I waited till I got the email of course. After hanging up I called PayPal and made sure it was cancelled. Thankfully it was. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. To be honest, I have a feeling they are selling counterfeit frames and wonky prescriptions made in China. Go with your gut people.
I had to wait over 3 months to receive my glasses. I had to call continuously I was promised call backs from supervisors this never took place until I threatened to contact my attorney because the money had already been drafted out of my account. I love my glasses but the service was horrible.

Received my order and was very disappointed. I had asked for the lenses to match the demo but the lenses put into my sunglasses were much lighter than the original lenses. I know this because the originals were sent with the purchase. The lenses put in could hardly be considered sunglasses and do not block any light whatsoever. I'm especially mad because returning them is going to cost money. I tried to ask if they could re-tint the lenses but could not get a straight answer. When I confronted customer service they claimed that this can happen when the anti glare is put on. So why didn't they fix it? I probably will not be ordering from this site again because they did not help me resolve the issue at all. Very disappointed and irritated.

Quick and easy! The glasses took a little longer to get to me then expected. It it was worth the wait. They are perfect and my husband loves them! We will definitely use EZContacts in the future!
It took them 20+ days to ship my glassess. On website they claim 5-7 days. I called 3times to check my order and then they expedite the shipment.

The lens gets dirty easily and its hard to clean it completely even using the glasses cloth. The reason is the quality of the lens is not good enough.
I placed an order for contact lenses early Friday morning (9 a.m.), regular acuvue dailies. Today is Wednesday in the afternoon and my contacts still have not shipped, however my card, of course, was charged right away. When I contacted customer service through their website chat, they told me that my contacts were in "backorder", meaning not in stock. Not only was that not specified when I placed my order (I wouldn't have ordered them through EZContacts had I known), but nobody contacted me to let me know, despite the fact that it literally says on their website that they will contact you and inform you of the situation. Not only that, but the girl who I spoke to was really condescending and rude, and ended the chat while I was still typing back (so she basically "hung up" on me). I even tried another way of contacting them through their fake "price match" thing and nobody got back to me. Can someone tell me what is going on with my order? I now have to plan around being out of contacts for a while, which I need for work, because of this. Don't charge people when you haven't even shipped orders yet. Never ordering from this site again.

The good: my goggles eventually arrived, they were what I ordered, and they were a lower price than other sites.
The bad: I was told "it's about to ship" numerous times when it didn't, the estimated arrival day was wrong, it was hard to get a straight answer from the company about what was happening (took three different conversations before I got one), and the 5-7 day shipping didn't actually get me my item for multiple weeks.

I broke my old frame and wanted an easy replacement, without a trip and hassle of the Drs office. It was easy for me to repkace the lens myself which were very expensive Nikon and did not want to go to the Dr. Easy Peasy.
After receiving my Nike Tailwind Swift sunglasses, I noticed they rattled when I ran, so I initiated a return. EZContacts received my sunglasses on June 8,2017. It is now JULY 18,2017 and I still have not received the Adidas sunglasses I requested in the exchange. I have emailed the company 4-5 times. Each time they take 7-15 business days to respond. I have called the company at least 4 times and each time I'm told my call "would be made a high priority and someone would get back to me." No one has ever called me back regarding my exchange. I was told today that the Adidas sunglasses are on back-order. At this point, I just want a full refund for the cost of my Nike sunglasses that I shipped back to the company back in June.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
