I ordered a pair of rx sunglasses and a few days later I was contacted and told my order couldn't be fulfilled because the frame I chose wasn't rx compatible. My question is how was I allowed to submit a order of a frame that wasn't compatible? So I then select another frame which is about double the price, you would've thought this alternative selection would be expedited because of my inconvenience, but no I still haven't received my order
I would be giving a great review but my glasses took much longer than I expected. It took 3 phone calls before they eventually shipped and on my 3rd call I never recieved a return call letting me know what the status was. The glasses themselves are exactly what I hoped for. Not sure I will ever order from this site again to be honest. Hopefully this review will cause some kind of change in order updates.

It took way too long for my glasses to arrive. It took a month and I needed them urgently but the faster shipping was too expensive.

EZ contacts customer is is horrendous. My product was incorrect when it shipped to me. The glasses did not transition while in my possession, but miraculously they transitioned when you all got the back. I got charged a restocking fee for something I did not receive. I will never do business with this company again.

The customer service at EZ contacts is five star. Eddie worked very hard for us, to get the RX and get them finished and out to us. My husband loves his new glasses. EZ contacts is our go to optical retailer.

After writing this review, I was contacted by Mary from customer support. She asked me about the experience, and offered me a solution (they apparently had the glasses I needed in a store up in New York so they had them delivered to my address next day). As I look back on this experience, it's frustrating that it came to this point for something so simple to happen. However, I can't deny that I am very thankful for EZContacts making ammends and solving this issue. At the end of the day, that's what good customer service is about. After this experience, I would consider buying from them again IF I didn't need my order on a specific date.
This has single-handedly been the worst customer service experience of my life. I have been working in customer service for 10 years and have NEVER written a poor review for anything. However, I sincerely don't want anyone to ever have the experience I had.
I placed my order June 18th (a pair of sunglasses as a surprise for my fiance's birthday). I was originally told it would come in between 5-7 business days (her birthday is July 6th). On June 19th I got a message that my order would be delayed "15 or more business days". First off, how the heck did you not know that from the get go and have me order with a 5-7 day expectation... Regardless, I emailed EzContacts asking more details and was given no help "we don't know exactly when the glasses will be shipped" (no solution, no discount, no offer to cancel the order, etc.).
Fast forward to July 9th (almost an entire month later). EzContacts reaches out and asks me if I have received my order. No I have not (also had to get my fiance a different gift). They told me they'd get back to me in 24 hours with a response. It took them a week and a half (July 18th) to respond and send me the SAME EXACT EMAIL they originially sent about my order being "back ordered and will be 15 or more business days to ship" (notice... SHIP... Not even delivered...). Regardless, when I called they told me I could cancel my order... Over a MONTH later? No discount, no rushed order, no solution. I had to literally ask them to cancel the order. Overall, it sucked. Just don't ever order anything from here. If something goes wrong, you SOL. Feel free to contact me if you're worried about buying from them. Don't waste your time.

Waiting 10 months for a pair of glasses, absurd. Nothing ever ever goes right. They brought on CSRs, which is an improvement.
Hands down cheapest place I found for eyeglasses that are brand name frames. Lenses could be higher quality (although I did get the cheapest available) and it took a whole month to get them. Overall pretty satisfied though.
Ordered on July 2nd. It is July 24th and order still says processing. Sent one email. No reply within 24 hours as stated. Sent second email, they said it was in their lab. That was more than a week ago. Still processing.
We ordered my son's eyeglasses from EZContacts.com. While he says he loves them, I am not too pleased with them. My son only has issues with his left eye. The left lens in these glasses is SO thick! I can't imagine how much thicker it would be if I did not choose the median option of polycarbonate lenses that are supposedly 30% thinner than regular lenses?! This is strange to me because his old glasses that we purchased through the eye doctor have the cheaper plastic CR-39 lenses and the left lens is MUCH thinner! I would assume that when I chose the polycarbonate (30% thinner) option, they would have looked better or at least similar to the lenses in his original eyeglasses. It's very disappointing for the amount of money that we spent. Also, I noticed a slit or cut in the nosepad on the right side and the lenses don't seem to "transition" as well as his old eyeglasses. I was excited at first when we found your website. My son tried on these same frames at his eye doctor's office, but the price there was a little more. That's when I researched online and found the frames on their site for slightly less. I don't know that we would order from them again or recommend to anyone.
I followed up on my order after a couple weeks and was told it was on back order and out of stock. A couple weeks after that I got a message my glasses shipped but they did actually ship till a few days later.

I was able to get my glasses at an awesome price! The website is straightforward and easy to use. They have great variations of styles and brands. Highly recommend!

After 20+ days of waiting for the glass arrival, I finally had my glass. However, after 1 week of wearing, the lenses fell of the frame. Took to the local lensecraft store to see if they can tight it better. I was told the lenses was under cut and need to replace it. Please take care of this. Thank you.

The process of getting my glasses was very easy. They arrived like the company said they would and in the condition they said they would be. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.
Glasses are perfect. Thought it was going to be a little scetchy with the entering my prescription and having it turn out okay. But sure enough they're perfect. The packaging, the lens cleaner, the cloths that came with it, they even put the display lenses in the box.

It's good quality and affordable. It came in 10 days after I placed the order. I didn't get an update of the progress of the order for 7 days and base on some reviews I read said that their orders didn't come on time so I expected it will probably take a month before I get it. But 10 days is not bad at all for the price and quality. I would recommend it to a friend and will definitely will get one again.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
