I've used ez contacts because they have great products. And they do top notch makers.
What need to improve is their quality control. This is my first time so for all I know they may be really good with other products my progressives were off.
I wish they didn't ask me to do a survey or try to make up the difference with discount or something that recouped the time for me.
Thank you for makings shopping so much easier. I was very happy with the product and shipping. The user experience on the site was easy and without any frustration.

The customer service literally just cursed me out on the phone and my glasses took 3 weeks to come in. The wait was insanely long. The lens did not have the anti reflective coating I had asked and paid extra for. I did not call back because I was scared of getting cursed on again.
Glasses are great quality and pricing, EZConcatcts offers great products with great prices, have purchased products in the past from them and will continue too

I ordered my glasses over a week ago and they haven't even shipped yet(I didn't get prescription lenses). I have received no email regarding my order and no one has answered on my emails. Apparently, this company has a bad habit of delaying the orders, as many other customers have pointed out already, but whats even is worse is the fact that they don't even bother contacting you about shipment delays (or anything else for that matter). Also its very sad that they respond faster here than they do on the actual customer service emails.

Priced glasses at local stores and found the identical ones at EZContacts for a lot less. Ordering was simple (had all the info from a prescription from the eye doctor) glasses arrived in less than two weeks. Fit and quality were perfect. Will order from here again.
I love my new glasses. So, ultimately I'm happy with the purchase price and quality. However, the website describes a shipping and processing time that is much shorter than it really was.

I ordered a pair of glasses from ezcontacts and my confirmation email said they would arrive in 5-7 business days. Two full weeks later I still have not received my glasses. Their live chat costumer service was extremely unhelpful and it took 25-30 minutes to get a reply. I definitely would not recommend using this site. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I'm very pleased with the prescription glasses and frames I ordered from EZContacts. You just need to plan ahead. Even though the website states they will be delivered within 15 days, the true delivery time is between 6-8 weeks.
I ordered my glasses through EZContacts after researching for best prices on a pair of Prada frames. The price / quality of the glasses are definitely great, I'm really pleased with the purchase overall. However, there was no communication on when the glasses would actually ship out or an estimated arrival date when I placed the order. Ended up taking about 2 weeks to ship, which is a long time to wait especially if you don't hear from them at all in the meantime. Would suggest that EZContacts be more diligent about this to the customers, but otherwise I would recommend for their quality and price.
IT TOOK FOREVER TO RECEIVE PURCHASE. WHEN IT CAME IN, IT WASNT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO EZ CONTACTS SOON.

Bought a pair of glasses as a gift only to find out two days later that they were out of stock for 4-6 weeks. No discount was applied for the inconvenience. Disappointing. Will not order from here again.

Great... but the pair I got was too small. When I went to exchange they were out of stock. Disappointed.
I originally emailed the customer service to see what they could do and never got a response. I had to call.
Ordered June 25. Site states orders should be completed/shipped in 5-10 days. Followed up on day 10 when order still said processing. Advised order would ship July 7. Order didn't ship until July 14.
Would have been fine with the wait if the vendor had been more honest with the time they needed to build and ship the product for these glasses were badly needed for someone with poor eyesight.
The product itself was great though. Service was the only reason for lost points in this review. I would order again but with the expectation that everything takes a month to fulfill.

Both pairs I ordered are very nice and I feel like they did a great job with my children's +7 rx lenses, but three weeks and 7 weeks was a long time to wait.

Glasses were late with no communication. Lenses were terrible. I'm done with them. Then they want me to give them a good score when the frames finally arrive. Horrible

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
