High prescription eyeglasses with extra thin lenses and they turned out wonderful. Order arrived in a timely manner.

Although shipping and receiving my glasses took longer than expected my brand glasses very reasonable price with my prescription thank you.
Everything was good, but there was a delay in shipping the prescription glasses and there was lack of communication from ezcontacts during the delay. Keeping the customer in loop with regular updates would be good.
I ordered my glasses back on June 27! It is not been one month, actually over one month now and I have yet to get my frames. I didn't get my lenses prescription because i want my optometrist to do that. Never ONCE on their website did they say that the frames I bought were on back order. I only found out about a week or two later that they were on back order and the estimated time for them to come in was July 26. Since it would be roughly 2 weeks, I told them I would wait for them. Then when the 26th came and went I emailed again and then was told again they would be coming in on the 29th of July. Still no frames. It is not the 2nd of August and still nothing. My prescription has changed and I am in need of glasses ASAP, I feel like I am being scammed. They don't even deserve one star right now. I feel like I am getting the run around and I will never get my frames. I should have just bought from somewhere else.
The order took 4 months to process. It was shipped, but I never received it. I am very disappointed. The issue is also not taken seriously.
The site says it takes 5-7 days to process your order. It took almost a month to receive my order. After 3 weeks of nothing I tried to cancel my order since it was taking way too long, and of course their response was they were unable to cancel it because it had finally been shipped. How convenient! It was a very frustrating process and I won't ever order from them again.

Everything was perfect; however, it took three weeks to receive my glasses... they had to be back-ordered
Although I had to return the glasses I ordered, it was not through fault of EZContacts. The glasses just didn't suit me. From ordering to Shipping was a little slow. But All in all they did a good job.
Great. I am not going to enter 100 characters and doing this is painful. It was a great experience.

I was very happy with the prices and able to get 2 pairs of glasses for the cost of 1 at my local optometrist however 1 pair of the MK frames were stretched out and I had to go get them adjusted. They said it was probably from applying heat to put in the lenses. The other pair (AX glasses) took 11 days from order to delivery but fit well. Overall, I would still order again and recommended!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
