Haven't received my contacts yet, but the ordering part of the process was easy/efficient. Getting my contacts is taking longer than it indicated on the website, and I have been unable to get specific shipping information via the website so that I could track the order. Customer Service (Daryl) was very helpful via the online chat function. I am hopeful that after this initial order, the process will smooth out, and I will receive subsequent shipments in the advertised 5-7 days.
They offer competitive prices, and the customer service is incredible! Such a great store that has become my go to website for all my vision needs.

Purchased the Liberty Sport Helmex glasses on June 26,2017. Did not receive the order until July 19th and the prescription was wrong. Returned the glasses the following day for a refund. When I checked my account, they only refunded me a partial amount (Refund policy guaranteed 100%). I called to inquire on the refund and was told it was because I had placed the order on June and I was past my 30 days --? I had to inform the customer service representative that the Return Policy clearly stated that 100% refunds were 30 from the DELIVERY date, not PURCHASE date. Later that day I received the refund balance. I should not have gone through the hassle.

Five stars for darly Grimes. And 3 for satisfaction Because I ordered them July 28 and still haven't received them however i will definitely be willing to give a five star review if I actually do receive my contacts this Saturday
It was a joke I had to call and ask where my glasses were after a month and as hadn't even order the frames. The. The customer service lady said it had to be in QC for a week which turned into 2 weeks. I should get refund.
Poor quality of lenses. Extremely slow processing. Mediocre customer service. Im very disappointed. Frame was ok, but needed adjustment to sit straight.
The glasses and sunglasses I ordered were amazing. They took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. They were worth the wait in exchange for the savings.

Shipping took longer than expected and I had to call to track my order. If I hadn't called, my glasses probably would have been delayed an extra week.
I was hesitant to order online for my frames but decided to place an order with EZContacts anyway since the price of my frames was much cheaper thanI had seen in a store. Unfortunately my frames were on backorder. I needed my glasses fairly quickly so I contacted ezcontacts to cancel my order via live chat and a rep named Daryl Grimes helped me. The rep was very polite and helpful and helped me with my cancellation. This order did not work out but I will definitely order again for a second frame because the company has great prices and very good customer service

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
