Never received my contact lenses!

I wouldn't recommend buying from EZ contacts! I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses on October 22,2024, and I still have not received them. The people you talk to you, tell you it's a shipping company problem. I think they are scammers. I will never or recommend anyone else buy from them. Very dissatisfied.

Wrong strength sent to me!

Inconvenient

Ordered contacts in October & paid $9 for expedited shipping, only to find out they were closed for the entire week due to a holiday. Don't know any company that shuts down for an entire week for even a major holiday without notifying the customer on the website. Had to order from a more reliable company & still had to pay for expedited shipping. Received my contacts 2 weeks late. Will never order from them again.

Be careful of how you order

If you order your contacts and you try one on and they do not work, you just wasted your monies. They do not accept returns. Thought I would save monies but ended up ordering from my eye doctor. I just wasted $70.
