There is always something to improve upon. I love EZContacts. However, you should honor your coupon codes, especially if nothing has changed. Also, you should take our Insurance plans upfront. But, overall, I love EZContacts, even though I paid a higher price than MFG retail suggested. Take care of your customers; they will return year after year!
The lenses were delivered very quickly after ordering them. I did have one that was scratched and had to throw it away. The rest so far have been fine.
As I said in the title the glasses are great, however on going' emails are annoying! I have ask several times to be removed from email but to no avail
Best prices online! They also have the best selection. The shipping was fast!
Ordered Gucci sunglasses and Did not like the lens finishing when I received them. Called Customer Service and told them exactly what I was looking for. They provided a free return label and fixed my lenses to my liking. Very pleased!
They definitely beat competitors with their pricing. Excellent customer service - I had an issue where I entered my prescription incorrectly and they promptly had me send the frames back to remake at no additional charge. The frames are gorgeous. But my left lens wiggles and has since I got them, that drives me insane considering how much I paid plus you just don't want your lens to wiggle whether it's a pair of $5 readers or $300 plus prescription eye glasses. And because there's no storefront it's even more frustrating because it's not like I can pop in somewhere and get them adjusted/fixed for free. That's my only complaint. This is my 2nd time ordering with them and I will continue, I just hope for better quality control in future as this should have been noticeable at the lab before even sending to customer.
Ordered contacts for members of my family at the same time at two different places. Received 1-800-Contacts right away (3days) with good communication. Not so with EZContacts. I had to contact them by phone. No response with email. Finally arrived. Also charged shipping during free shipping promo.

I placed an it was never sent. I contacted them four times and they never responded. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payment and once I started that process, they decided to send the item. So it arrived six weeks after I purchased it and then I had a mess with my bank. What a nightmare.

I've been using EZContacts for 5 years and plan to continue doing so. It's much better than paying a monthly vision insurance premium and then still more for my lenses and glasses.

I always order my contacts from EZContacts due to fast shipping, the ease of reordering and the customer service.
I received an email stating that my glasses were taking looking then usual. I tried contacting them but never got a response. I couldn't cancel or do anything about it. However I was charged on the day I placed the order, so they were super fast to take my money. It then took an additional 4 weeks to receive the actual glasses. Very disappointed considering I can go locally and often have my glasses made the same day.

Great experience, love my Maui Jim's. The internet directed me to their website and the price for those Maui Jim's was right.
They have the best price on famous brands frames but their service of lenses is very poor. My lenses came completely loose and considering that it's a round frame, if bents a little bit and suddenly the axis changes and I cant see much and start giving me headaches. Really dont recommend their lenses.

Placed and order on Sunday and still no shipping as of Tues. In todays world with items getting here the next day this is unacceptablr. Time to move on to Amazon

I love ezcontacts. They are now my go to for glasses. They are affordable and they have a great selection!
I trusted easy contact with my contact prescription unfortunately they sent me not just once but twice the wrong prescription and of course I opened a box when it came in put on a pair of contacts and then that's when I realize that the contacts were wrong. The box that they came in is the same same cover as my regular prescription prescription so of course yes I opened the box when I called them to let them know they told me it's my fault that I should've read my emails better but I was trusting them Now. I have $388 worth of contact that I cannot wear. I called their customer service several times they always tell me someone will call you back. That's been over a month. I have learned from this experience pay a little bit more and get your contacts from your eye position. You may pay a little bit more but I'm positive you'll get better customer service and results.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
