Found the item I wanted at a great price. Ordering also went smoothly.
Got an email a couple days after I placed my order that my item was back ordered by the manufacturer for almost a month. But then 2-3 days later I got an email that my item was shipped.
The experience overall was good. It took longer than expected, 2 1/2 -3 weeks.
Also, wasn't informed that you needed the pupil distance until a week after the order was placed, had to make a special trip to the optometrist to get that done, adding more time to the delivery.
Easy for the most part. Had to make a return/exchange and it wasn't super clear.
Frames arrived safe and sound. Exactly as ordered. Took them to my eye care professional the next day, had the replacement lens installed, and wearing them as I send this note. Thanks!

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
