Satisfied with the service received
My frames broke, and my eye doctor said the color I wanted was discontinued. I had just bought new very-expensive lenses for these frames a few months ago. I searched all over the Internet and found the exact frames that I wanted at eyeglasses.com for almost 50% off the eye doctor's price. I ordered overnight shipping, not immediately realizing that the frames had to be ordered from manufacturer. I was in contact with Stefanie Rodriques several times via email. Due to July 4th holiday there was a delay after shipment was made from the manufacturer, but Stefanie assured me I would have the frames the day after eyeglasses.com received them. Her responses to all my queries were very prompt. I would definitely do business with eyeglasses.com again, and I will most surely never buy a pair from my eye doctor again.

Took me awhile to settle on a frame/lens combo but, after that, it was easy to place an order.

Once I figured out order to place order it was a breeze, like selection.
Was told I could not get glass bifocal sunglasses. I have very active six year old daughter who "cleans" my glasses and also jumps in my lap a lot. She has ruined four pairs of plastic "glasses" so I do not use anything but glass.

Glasses were expensive but I expected that. CS is great and although it took a few weeks to deliver, again, expected due to high quality and types of lenses I bought.

I like to have access to the advanced search screen. The new screen doesn't scroll properly (Google Chrome) and many of the options I was looking for are not there to help me filter my search. Luckily, I ended up finding it by accident by going to my old orders and picking a frame that was no longer available.
