Good ordering experience. But, the follow-up emails to me kept asking for the prescription and PD, which I submitted twice, without any acknowledgement. After two weeks, I sent messages of dissatisfaction, asking if the company was trying to steal the $420 I had already paid. The next day, I received an email from a Stefanie, who said the glasses would be shipped within two days.
Excellent features, I would really like to have executive, glass polarized lenses.
I wanted new lenses for existing frames. It was not straightforward or easy to get to the right place. It took me multiple times to find it. Also when I signed in, I was not able to get the same option I had before I logged in. So I logged out and muddled through your maze to get to the replacement lens screen.
Unresponsive chat and virtual didn't always work even on frame selections where available

It said that I get the glasses the next day and I paid extra money for it however I received the glasses 10 days later. Since I need my glasses I had to go to One hour eyeglass store and buy a additional pairs

I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online but after using eyeglasses.com, I would most definitely do it again. I ordered my glasses Sunday night, was contacted by customer service the next day for some additional info they needed and the order was placed soon after that. My glasses arrived only five days later! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived and the email updates I received about the status of my glasses throughout the process.
