It was pretty quick and easy. I just wish the tax id number had been included on the invoice because I need it for my insurance.

Very easy unfortunately frames a bit large and kept falling down.

The first pair ordered were great.I put in the incorrect prescription details on this order. When I received this second pair and the wrong prescription was entered, I called and then sent them back for correction. I am awaiting receipt of this pair.

Both pairs of glasses are very nice. Lenses are clear. 1 of the frames is too small for my sons face. I would like to exchange them please.

eyeglasses.com makes everything easy. The frames and lenses were easy to order. I was kept apprised of the progress in making the lenses and delivering the glasses.

The glasses arrived in 1 week which is amazing. It's taking my optometrist longer than that to change lenses on some old frames.

The lenses seem to be very accurately made.

I was able to somewhat determine country of origin when ordering my glasses, but it wasn't apparent for all products. I'm very interested in country of origin. More of that!

More pics would be nice to ensure you are getting the correct product. Also, the description of the template length was 138 mm, I received 140 mm. Not a huge issue, however, I was looking forward to having slightly shorter templates.
