Website kept locking up--would not move forward to next step

Its a confusing purchase but after all the research you laid it out the best. We'll see how it goes from here

Takes a while from start to finish but a great price and great selection! My husband's bridge is incredibly wide so finding glasses that suit his face can be difficult. He looks great!

I have given order and recived the glasses. Lenses ordered were crizal but they sent me ordinary lenses. When I am returning them, eyeglasses team have deducted $100 for lenses...what is this?

My items took awhile to arrive and when I tried to cancel a backordered item, it was delivered anyway. Also, I wasn't informed that some of my items were backordered until after I already placed my order.

So far, so good with my new glasses after the first week.

Lenses I have received were not what I have ordered and the frame was low quality. Overall I have wasted money and time with eye glasses.

Very good selection and excellent pricing. Because of the holidays, it was not shipped until 11 days after the order was placed, but it was shipped 2-day priority. Unfortunately for me, the glasses did not fit me well, but that is no reflection on the glasses themselves. They will look great on someone else.
