The website seems a bit quirky. Sometimes it remembers my search, sometimes not. The virtual fit function sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The lenses of my new eyeglasses seem slightly off for power, but that might be a function of fit.

Took ages to get my order - needed a new set ASAP ordered them on 4th dec and didn't get them until the end of the month. Communication poor.
I think they should use another means of delivery. Since the post office takes a lot.
I prefer to pay the shipping.

The only drawback was when I was calling a bunch, anxiously awaiting for my glasses to be shipped, I was told by Stephanie that they would be shipped that day. When I called the next day, seeing they in fact not been shipped, Stephanie did seem to be annoyed I was calling. She seemed to attribute it to telling me the day before that it would actually be shipped the next day (I had thought it was that day, which is what she originally told me). But even if she had told me that it would be the next day, the slight relay annoyance on her part was unnecessary.
With that said, I still am impressed by the knowledge of all the staff, from te product to the shipment to me. Also, I would have paid more than double at an optician's office.
The lenses are perfect and the great wuality I expected.

Your products are top quality and your website is comprehensive and provides updates on all stages of the purchase to the lab to shipping. U love the accessories that came with my Oakley eyeglasses. I bought the same glasses from a 'premium provider' in Pittsburgh. I then lost the glasses and replaced them with the same set from your website. The glasses I received from you were better quality and had all the cases and stems and nosepieces that I didn't get from the store. I am never going anywhere else. Your quality is top notch. I am a customer for life.
