Took almost 3 wks to get them after placed order on February 3. Once arrived they frames were not satisfactory due to color. So I had to return. I just hope I'll get the refund promptly. All conversation with CS was excellent and very professional.
Glass are very nice. I wish they were about $25 cheaper as they are very small frames and I think maybe slightly over priced. Nice quality though.
Although I ordered 1.67 lenses very similar to the ones I own, prescription-wise, they were visibly thicker than my other frames, which are identical to the ones I mailed in to have sunglasses made out of them.

Pupil distance was retrieved from old lenses. Replacement lenses are excellent and $240 less than optometrist I purchased glasses from.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No reply to e-mails whatsoever. No reply to my request to cancel the order that is now on back order. No information whatsoever. Unbelievable that they can get away with treating customers in such a way.

Very happy with my new frames. Fit fine and met my expectations. No problem with the order or shipping.
This would easily be 5 starts, but photos of quite a number of glasses are missing from the website. The site might also engender more trust if it did not bill for glasses up front, but allowed for a (perhaps shorter) trial period before billing for unreturned glasses--must more in keeping with a try-before-you-buy way of business.

This pair of glasses did not have the "blue" in the front of the frames that I had seen in a local shop. When I checked on them with Eyeglasses.com they explained that they are cut from a large piece of material and you don't always have the same colors in each pair - exactly. I had to return them but other than that, they were great!
Thanks, I appreciate the quality and service, but I was really surprised at the total cost of my order. I chose top shelf options for lens, transitions, scratch resist, etc. At the end of the day, tt was equivalent to the retail store price and quality in my neighbor hood. I expected to be "WOWed" with savings. Not sorry, just answering your question about my buying experience.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
