User friendly; easy to navigate
A compare feature would be nice. Also, the virtual try on doesn't work on my computer for some reason. More photos would be helpful too. On a model as well. Service promised was not delivered. It took 7 business days to process and ship my order and the website states 2-3. I was highly disappointed with the service.
There was no Barbour glasses available unfortunately on your site.

A more in depth guide to choosing lenses would be appreciated but the information is there once I serched.
So far, everything was easy. I returned one pair of glasses and I have a confirmation that they were received from UPS. However, I have not received any notice from the company that they have received the glasses nor have I received any notice that my account has been credited.
This company is terrible. I have submitted 3 orders and they have been unable to deliver on 2 of them. I have sent email request and even called customer service and have had no response on the status of my last order. I will not make the mistake of dealing with them again.

Everything was great with the frames.
It took a month and I had to call twice to move the process along. Y'all need to have systems in place to keep orders processing timely! Project management, agile practices, and accountability.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
