So far everything went flawlessly
All went well during the purchase process except the try on room; did not get that to work. The eyeglass frames ordered came from Italy and the weather was poor in the northeast, thus delivery of my order was delayed several weeks. The prescription is very accurate, the Crizal lenses are excellent and the Armani frames are very nice.
Excellent phone support
Inexpensive frames with second pair lets me read in bed and fall asleep without fear of damage to costly frame.
Pictures are not certain. Customer service agents have no visual on stock.

I only bought frames but the quality seems very good. I saved $100 through your website versus my doctor's office. I waited about a week as they weren't in stock. Very satisfied.

I was looking for navy blue frames in small size, and hoping the shade of navy would work for me. Colors on computers are not always accurate. Your website is easy to work with and to search, especially with the filters. Saves people lots of time if they know what they're looking for. I ended up having to return these because they had brown and bright yellow tortoise on the stems, which did not look well on me or with the navy, and this was not apparent from the description or the picture on the website. The stems just looked like a dark brown in the picture. They were very nice fitting frames though and I would have kept them if the stems had been navy also.
Would have given a 0 star if possible they are terrible no communication terrible product. Buy elsewhere these people are awful.
Good just a better customer follow up to questions could be better
Quick and easy shopping with an abundance of choices for frames. They have all the quality lenses as well and easy to put in prescription info.
Better quality than Costco. Better price than local opticians who jack up the price and then take my insurance discount.
Eyeglasses.com had the largest selection of frames that I liked. I'm delighted with my new glasses. It was so easy to narrow down my choices with the filters. I did try on glasses at local optical stores to find the ones I was sure would be right for me. I liked the virtual try-on, too. Initially, I had clown glasses, not knowing I needed to add the pupillary distance for each eye to get the correct try-on fit. I called customer service and had the "fix" via email the following day. Thank you!
