Everything went smoothly, except, it was my fault for not actually looking at the measurements for my glasses. For me, the height is too small. The bottom edge of the glasses interferes with my sight, some of the time.

Got the lined trifocals for computer work at desk, but the mid-range is sighted for a closer monitor, and the visual band is too narrow, booth vertically and horizontally. Will keep as backup, but not useful for regular work.

Very slow delivery. No response to my inquiries regarding this.
I paid for next day shipping and didn't receive anything for 7 days. Their shipping policies weren't clear until after i ordered. I will never order from them again. My toddler went w out glasses for an entire week- and all i ordered were frames. I had the lenses. Just awful.

Great selections for frames and detailed options for lens. It would be much better if you have the try on function (allow customer to upload their picture to try on the eyeglasses frames like the glassessusa.com).
Love the glasses, look just like in the picture. Though I had to modified the frame a bit because I ordered a bigger size purposely. The biggest wish I have for eyeglasses.com is: Please have some more expensive glasses frame. Having my lenses worth of $500, I really wish I can match them with at least $150 to $250 worth of frame with higher quality. You site has the most beautiful frames, but the ones I can pick are too cheap, thin and less quality. I would rather pay 3 to 4 times of the price to get the strong and lasting good quality, like the over $200 beautiful ones in the old time from the Lens Crafters... which they don't carry anymore, all Lens Crafters has right now are sooo ugly. So I have to find my old type of frames online... Please add more luxury oval glasses to your collections. I will buy again. Wish your site the best!
Your web interface was clear and flowed logically.
Perhaps allowing the end-user to alter lens options from the Cart, rather than having to remove the lenses and re-enter new information for lenses.
