Absolutely LOVE all the educational guides on this site for learning how to buy glasses. Only thing I would suggest is showing the different colors available for each frame on the results page of a search. The smaller window of quick view does not always load up.

I was happy that I recieved a pair of extra replacement lenses with my order. I have a large head and these frames look and fit very nice and I have gotten many complements on them. Most importantly my bifocal prescription is crystal clear, and I can see perfectly now with my new glasses. I have never worn prescription glasses before. I will order from eyeglasses.com again!

It would be helpful adding a note to the order page, visible before placing order, that the shipping label shall appear once the order is placed. This would have saved me a call (to your courteous and most helpful service rep). Thank you.
I'm very pleased with my new HD progressive lenses, but I tried three different ways of communicating about my order (chat, email and phone) and never got a reply. Chat was unavailable, phone went straight to voice mail and no one ever returned my call, and email was never replied to. I am very pleased with my glasses, but it's a good thing because I wouldn't want to be trying to get replacement lenses.
Totally would recommend and will be back to buy another pair!

First time ordering glasses online, so I was a little nervous. But, oh so pleasantly surprised! Great communication, great product and over $100 cheaper for exact pair from my local eye dr. Will order again!
Quality of lenses wasn't as good as another well-known eyeglasses provider that I used to buy a different pair of eyeglasses at the same time.

Selecting out of country is confusing. If Canada is selected, it does not allow the customer to proceed to the next step.

At initial checkout - quick and easy. Wish it showed some visualization of the different lens options when selecting sunglasses. Selecting the color would have been much easier.
Post Checkout - Extremely slow with the order. It was almost two weeks after the order that they emailed that there was an issue with the prescription and gave me options. It was an additional two weeks after that when I actually got the glasses in. In fact I got the email wanting me to leave a review *before* the glasses even shipped. I will grant you the Christmas/new years holiday in there slowed down the process, but it was still 4 weeks from checkout to delivery. From an e-commerce site that is glacially slow and way too long in today's environment. Yes I got what I ordered, but it took forever to get here, and there was zero communication on the delay or to set expectations.
This has been a very smooth process and was very simple.
