So far so good.
WOW! What an amazing site!
Glasses fit great and lens are better then my last pair.
The online process is easy and user-friendly. Also the person with whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful.
Replacement Lens instructions are a little cryptic...could not print shipping label. Prices on replacement lens seems a little high. Otherwise, experience was good.
A picture would have made me feel better about my order. Item turned out to be exactly what I expected. Good job!
They took 12 days to get here and then you had sent the wrong size. I returned them for a refund.
Fast and cheap!
The process was smooth and easy and my order arrived quckly and safely
Thanks
Please continue to be available.
Every tthing was good.
Ordered a frame and it was too small. Returned frame and ordered another frame. It took two weeks to get second frame. When I called for explanation, frame was received the next day.
I've used this services several time and have been pleased so far.
No complaints. All good. I returned the glasses, because they did not fit me well. Thanks anyway.
It was a pleasant experience though the sales rep I spoke with had no clue how to access the prescription I uploaded on your website. I had to email it to her separately.
I like the glasses I ordered, but they took a really long time to get delivered and I didn't even order lenses. The website said 2-3 days for just frames. It took longer than that. It took so long that I thought maybe my order didn't go though. I sent an email asking if they got my order - no response. Then I called and the rudest woman answered. She seemed irritated with me before I even spoke. I told her what day I put my order through and that I was checking to make sure it went through because I never got a confirmation email or an email with shipping details like it stated I should've. So she takes my information and then goes "so what, you want a refund or to return your order or something?" In the rudest voice a person could possibly use. So not only was she rude and not listening to what I was asking, but seemed completely incompetent to do any job for that matter. Once she realized I was just checking to see that my order went through, she was slightly nicer, but wtf I'm glad I didn't actually have a problem with my order. Even though I didn't actually have a problem with my order, my experience with customer service was so bad that I will probably never order from this company again. Because if I actually did have a problem, it seems like it would have been a completely upsetting experience to deal with. So thanks for the glasses, but no thanks on the customer service employees. Hire nicer people. They are the fronts to your company. If they are bad, it makes your whole company look bad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with these frames because I really don't want to talk to your customer service people ever again.
We`ll see after I get my stuff... :) It was pretty easy
Easy to order and fast delivery.
You carry a frame that wasn't listed on Amazon! However, I never received the email saying my order had shipped. I even emailed a question asking when it would ship. Otherwise, perfect.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
