Purchased these frames for my daughter. She loves them and wears them all the time.
Was genuinely happy with the way customer service handled the out of stock issue. The color item I originally ordered was out of stock till December. I chose a different color and the rep expedited the order.
Lost maybe a day or two due to the out of stock but was still able to get the product in time.
Know its tough to manage suppliers but would have been helpful to know the item was backordered when making original order.
Selection is very good and so are the prices. However--and this is no fault of eyeglasses.com--the frames were not right for me face and I have returned them. But they seem to be a great company.
Really like my glasses.

I was a little skeptical of ordering eyeglasses online,but I'm happy to say I had a great experience with eyeglasses.com and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
I am a repeat customer; I get frames with Eyeglasses.com every 2 years, this is my third time back. I am a big fan of the Safilo Elasta frames, have used them for over 30 years. I work a ranch, train horses and take down dead trees. Twice I have taken a hard swipe to the head, once from a horse's head swung around at me and once from a sapling that snapped back up when I was cutting a trunk of a dead sycamore that had covered the green, spring loaded like sapling. Both times the the Safilo Elasta glasses survived the blows and my eyes were protected from injury. Safilo Elastas are great frames but hard to find in "box store" eye glass shops, but I have found them consistently at Eyeglasses.com at very competitive prices. Will be back in two years when I get my prescriptions up dated again.

I thought the product was very good, but the price was pretty steep. I bought the same item a few years ago and only paid $100 (lost those). This time I paid $139... that's a huge jump for something not imported.
I still don't have any idea when I can expect delivery on my Order No. R-1296. It's been 6 weeks and no update from you. I know Anglo-American lately is undependable and very slow. However, you took my $200 in early August... I think that buys me an update or three with respect to order status.
