Delivered on time. Only wish the request for lowering the center point for transitional was honored, so I now must tilt my head down to see long distance when driving or lower the glasses on my nose. If I look straight ahead, the transitional makes the vision unclear for driving. Prefer the reading portion of transitionals to be much lower on the lense. Oh well. Live and learn. Next time, I will send a drawing to clearly indicate my wishes, instead of written words.

I spoke with a customer service representative on 9/18/2015. I made a mistake with one measurement, the width of the lenses. I measured something different. I told the lady that it was my fault. The lady told me that she would e-mail me some choices, and that I am allowed one free replacement. I did not order lenses that were wide enough. It's two days later, and she has not e-mailed me a list of choices. Your return policy is unbelievable! Thanks, Bernard Nesse

I have ordered many frames from your company and I have always been very satisfied
I received an email in regards to my order stating that one of my frames could not have lenses inserted into them due to the jewels on them and that they would be returned with my completed order. That I was perfectly fine with. The thing that was failed to be told to me was that my frames were broken during the process of attempting to have the lenses inserted in them. This should have been told to me from the beginning when the email stating that the work could not be done on those frames was sent to me. Of course I paid money for those frames and I wanted to use them but due to them being broke I have no use for them. A simple apology would have sufficed but to not acknowledge the broken frame I have issues with. Outside of everything else dealing with eyeglasses.com I have never had any issues with you and overall my experience have been great with you but I am still a bit annoyed at the above incident.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
