Generally great service and good selection. This frame was listed as smaller than it was which bothered me.
Maybe too many choices but everything well laid out. It took way to long to receive finished product but happy with them when finally arrived. I had no backups so was impaired for three weeks. Would have shopped elsewhere had I known how long process took. You should be upfront with that info.
Website is easy to navigate. Had the frame I was looking for.

Placing the order online was easy. I was disappointed when I received an email the next day that the frames
Were on back-order (did not know that when order was placed). Received them 3+ weeks later.
In the meantime, I went to Costco and ordered glasses to tide me over. The obvious disadvantage to ordering glasses online is the inability to try them on for fit. The frames from eyeglasses.com fit pretty well, although the temples are a bit on the long side, but I can live with them. I am satisfied with my new glasses.

It was easy and your sale assistance was helpful. They were very helpful but there a little bit to round I sent them back want something Havana style oval look need help.

Prior to ordering I called to ask if the frame was in stock. The agent looked it up and said it would be ordered and delivered to me in 7-10 days. That's fine.
I received the eyeglasses.com frame in 10 days. The Modo frame I received from eyeglasses.com is not the same quality as the Modo frame I tried on at the optometrist's office. The eyeglasses.com frame does not have the same tortoise colors as I expected compared to the optometrist's frame. I am returning the frame as the frame quality and coloring is different that what I had tried on locally.
Good information and prices and communication.
Didn't like the style once I was able to try on. Returning them.
