The website was user friendly and the prices were okay.
The final product sent was fine, but customer service could have played out in a THREE STOOGES movie. After carefully reading the website's instructions, i paid my $350 via paypal. And waited. And waited. E-mailed them after two weeks, asking for the status; and within the same day, i get a form letter response asking for more info on my glasses' measurements (so, of course, i assume they haven't even processed them yet). I scramble around trying to get the info they want from my eye doc (which is embarrassing in itself because i'm not using THEIR services) & as i'm about to send them the info (same day), i get ANOTHER form letter saying my glasses have been sent! Of course, when they arrive, they're completely wrong, so i call to tell them i'm returning them. I talk to "micah" with customer service who sighed repeatedly throughout the phone call (he seemed very put out to have to take the call). But he did take my order for a new pair & at the end of the convo, told me he was ADDING another $350 to the total, that would then be refunded as soon as they received the first pair. Another two weeks go by, and the second pair arrives - and they're great! Wearing them right now. As i said, it's the "processing" that's horrible. I've since e-mailed repeatedly, asking about the refund i've yet to see, & either i've received a form letter stating the second pair is being processed (understand that as i'm reading this e-mail, i've got the glasses they're PROCESSING on the end of my nose), or that said glasses have been shipped and should reach me in a week. Crazy. And i finally remember that i paid through paypal, and when i check there, it seems that they DIDN'T tack on the extra 350 (thank goodness). So, hallelujah, i'm free at last from this nutso organization! Go elsewhere, people - and look at the reviews for 2016. I'm not the only one who was unhappy.

This proved to be a very efficient and cost effective way of purchasing special lenses: Varilux with Crizal coating. I am going to purchase a second pair. Totally satisfied. Also, the turnaround time was impressive: 10 days clicking submit to wearing the glasses!

My lenses where replace in one of my older existing frames perfectly. I just put them on and could see great. No hassles. Everyone locally I went too would not replace the lenses to an older frame. Trying to sell me new frames where my old frames look fine to me, in good shape. Wanted to save the cost of new frames.
I tried to order progressive lenses, with a progressive tint. I got a overall tint. It's close enough.
You could do a better job in your ordering page to present all the different Ray Options and configurations and price it right instead of having to follow up with email.
I've ordered twice before, frames and lenses. This third time was to put lenses only in my old frames. I have no complaints and think you do a great job! I'll continue using you in the future.

It was easy, had the frames i wanted cheaper than any where else and it was easy to pay with amazon.
Easier to follow than most sites, prices show up immediately and can see what I am spending b4 entering prescription. Saved about $250 over ordering from a local optician.
Found it on web site easy and ordering went fine so far.
Lets see if they deliver what I need!
