Do Not order this is a scam site. They take your money and then don't send the product and never answer calls or return messages asking where your order is a month after the fact! Total scammers! They should be sued and put out of business!

SCAM ALERT BUYER BEWARE

They sent me the wrong frames. I sent them back. They never refunded me and have stopped all communications. I am seeking legal action and welcome anyone else to join me.

I cancelled my order and notified them by email, by the form on the website and by leaving a message on their phone number which never let you speak to a live person. They still mailed the glasses 5 days later.

I don't think they care

I purchased a pair of Anne Klein sunglasses from EyeDocShope, they shipped after a month, stated they had to send to another place, their edger was not working. Then the post office lost my sunglasses and they were returned to them instead of delivering to me, apparently the box was so damage, they couldn't even read the label, so instead of EyeDocShoppe checking them, they just put them in a new box and sent them back out to me. When I received the box, the sunglasses, nor the case had any packing material in it, so from CA to FL, it just got tossed around inside a case and inside a box two times its size and both case and sunglasses arrived damaged, the glasses were not wearable, they were so lopsided, the top left side of frame was sticking out and the right side was in and the case has several holes in it. I called them to ask how I was supposed to wear these frames and she said I checked them, they looked fine so I shipped them back out. I said did you try them on? She said no, I said you should have because these frames cannot possibly be worn, you should have actually checked them, not just looked at them. So I had to return them, I actually put packing material in both the case and box to prevent any more damage, not that it mattered at this point. They made some adjustments and returned them to me dirty (fingerprints and all) and were still not even/level, with a sticky note that said "manufactures only provide one case per frame. I did include one of our travel cases for free. If you need other adjustments any optical store can help you. Morgan" Now the case is damaged because of their lack of packing material, the sunglasses were damaged due to the lack of their packing material and that travel case is the flimsy open ended "cases" that won't help protect against anything. Oh thank you so much. So I will never purchase another pair of glasses or sunglasses from them again.

Eye Doc Shoppe - Hmm. Slow Communications.

I had ordered and paid for the Silhouette Momentum model 5529 frame color 6060 Cohiba brown it's called. The price had seemed great. Nearly two hundred $ less than retail optical stores, So, here we are, 3 days later and Eye Doc Shoppe won't answer multiple e-mails or voice mail phone calls. Do they even exist? I had wondered. Finally they just magically started their e-mail string sequences. Order is received, order is being processed, order is complete, blah blah blah. Finally, the order and the USPS tracking information. My biggest gripe is their lack of concern for the poor communications. Furthermore, no one answers your contact form, individual e-mails or voicemails. The verdict is out on these frames when I get them. Look, if they're understaffed that's not good. That's going hurt business big time. Hopefully they realize how important some timely communications is?

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

This company charged my credit card knowing that the glasses I ordered weren't even in stock even though they showed online that they were in stock. I called them & they said they would credit me back in 3-5 business days. After 10 business days of no credit, I did a dispute with my credit card saying that they charged my credit card knowing that they were never even going to ship the product. My credit card company gave me my credit back since I never received the product. If you want a fraudulent company that floats their finances on your money & never intends to send your product, then this is the company for you.

Bad Company

I came across this company on google. My son needed new glasses because he broke his. I ordered the glasses with lens for his eyes. The glasses took a while to come plus they did not have any prescription lens in them and also come with Sierra writing on lens that doesn't come off. These glasses are very cheap. This company is taking people $ and not giving them what they paid for.

Do not buy
November 25, 2021

The Nike glasses I bought came with writing on the lenses that cannot be removed. I called them and they said that you have to buy custom lenses to not have the writing on it. However, the pictures on the website do not show this, and nowhere does it say that this is the case. The glasses cost $140 and feel like they are worth $10. Garbage lenses from a garbage company.

Do not do business

This site is poorly managed and company as a whole is as well. Purchased frames, didn't arrive for over a month, even though I paid for express shipping. No communication and no refund on express shipping fee. Contacted me only after I disputed charge with credit card company. Do not buy from here.

Eye glass frames

I recently received my frames (after 2+ months) and they are garbage. I already own a pair of the frames I ordered, bought from my optometrists office, and the quality of the pair I received from eye doc shoppe is a joke. They are clearly cheap knock offs, and no way would I put my expensive lenses in these rip off frames. They wouldn't last a day. These people are thieves. DO NOT order from them. You are throwing your money away. I tried calling, have emailed and left several messages, and no one gets back to you. Thoroughly disgusted.

I ordered frames on December 26th; the funds were withdrawn from my account on the 27th. As of January 10th I have yet to receive the frames. I have called & emailed on numerous times with no response. At this point I don't know whether I'll receive the order or be able to get a refund,

I order on the 10th, they sent me a receipt on the 13th, I waited till the 20th (the 20Th) and when I checked the tracking which I paid $8.95 to send it priority it said that it was delivered on the 19th which I never received. When I called them they said that I did not paid Priority/Signature Tracking. Here is a copy and paste from my receipt.

I ordered frames from these guys - went through PayPal OK, but then I received an email with the subject line: Your order has been declined. In the body of the email it said "We are sorry to inform you that your order was declined" and that's it for the explanation. I called but no-one ever answers the customer service line - so I sent two follow-up emails to try and figure out what happened - but no response!

They cost me 200.00

After finding the frames I was looking for at EyeDocShoppe, I was excited to place my order. But then the year flipped over to 2017 and I received notice from them that they were canceling my order. Basically, they had advertised the frames but did not have them. I asked if they could substitute another style of equal value so I wouldn't lose my benefits, but they wouldn't consider it. Unbelievable! Would never use them for any reason again.

I was ripped off by this seller. I got the wrong frames and prescription was not filled correctly. He stopped communicating with me and I was stuck with $341 loss and glasses I can't use. Stay away!
