I love the glasses and the web interface is really nice. I'm glad you work with VSP. However, I wish the estimated delivery times were better. My old glasses had been run over by a truck that nearly hit me while I was walking on the sidewalk in N. Lake Tahoe. I can't drive at night without those glasses. The estimate for delivery from Eyeconic was way off. It was estimated they would arrive roughly 12 days after the order so, because of this, I set a delivery address to my home in Santa Cruz, 4.5 hours drive away from my Lake Tahoe rental location. Since I was to be traveling to Chicago first week in April I paid extra for the rush delivery which would have had them arriving March 31st. Instead the glasses arrived a week early while I was still in Tahoe. I would have set the delivery date to my Lake Tahoe address if I'd known and then I would have had glasses to drive back home wearing! So ultimately I had to make a bit of a dangerous drive that put a lot of strain on my eyes. Also, since I live alone, nobody was at my house to receive the glasses. I had to have a neighbor swoop them up so they didn't entice anyone to lift them from my porch. I wish at a minimum someone could have contacted me, just an e-mail or something, to say the glasses are shipping early and offer to allow me to change the shipping address. But no. They just arrived and the timing created challenges. A little communication goes a long way
I love the VSP integration which saves time in the reimbursement process. Being able to try on glasses remotely is great too
There were several fields (including the rx exp date) with no labels, making it impossible to know what to put in them until errors popsed up.
The link on checkout to add a new credit card was also not functional. I had to go to my account and remove expired cards before I could check out.

Sad that my favorite frames were out of stock, though I guess they're getting dated. Small semi-frameless lenses seem to be getting more and more scarce. As for the PD tool, tried several times to get it to work on a couple different browsers, but it kept failing. Ultimately found a pair of glasses that would work (I think), we'll see how they come out!

Better customer experience if current and valid prescriptions are kept on file so you dont make your customers have to find and upload to reorder the same contacts.
