This was my 2nd time ordering eye glasses through Eyeconic. The first time (a couple years ago) was a very smooth experience. This time, however, I was disappointed to have my order arrive with a piece broken off the frame. I was surprised that there wasn't bubble wrap, or something similar, to protect the glasses better in shipping. But, I called Customer Service right away and the situation was handled promptly. A UPS return label was generated and my order returned, then re-processed. The turn-around time was quite good…. And all is well with the new pair I received!

Overall we really enjoy eyeconic. They are typically quick shippers. The products are quality. We appreciate their selection. However, it is a real pain to dig through my files to fined a copy of my latest prescription (eye prescriptions are typically good for 2 years, but we order yearly due to our insurance benefits). I wish Eyeconic could work with their web developer and allow clients to save their prescriptions to their accounts. This would make ordering much less of a headache.
Love my glasses. However. I hate the wire. I like sturdy and the arms on this are not as thick as I like. But overall love the transition and soft pink outline.
The prices are a bit higher here than other places but no one ever takes vsp but hoping these lenses work for me.

Used a healthcare account to purchase contacts for two people. But because there wasn't enough on the card to pay in full for both orders you have to buy a gift card for the amount left on the account in order to use multiple payments. But now I have to wait 24-48 hours for the email gift card number.
My experience was as good as this one. Many varieties of frames to choose from. The only thing I would have loved is to have the option to choose a different tint on the progressive lenses like other vendors.
I ordered contacts for myself and my partner on the same day since we are on the same Vision plan.
