There were big warnings that the prescription on file has to match the order, but that was before the upload screen (button at that point says "checkout"). So I spent a bunch of time searching for a way to upload before checking out, only to find in the FAQ that it is part of checkout. Maybe instead of "checkout" the button should say, "upload prescription"
I buy here because I can use my insurance but definitely get less for the money since everything is so overpriced. I checked the exact same Rayban model at GlassesUSA and they had it at half the price. :(
Many of your frames are double or even triple the price of frames i could get on another website. So my insurance really doesnt get me much depending on what i select.

Site offers generic brand "by the same manufacturer" then doesn't allow the purchase until the Dr. approves. Doesn't make sense, it is either the exact same or it is not. If it is not, don't make the offer.
