Easy process. Not a 5 star because it kept removing insurance discount and I am still not sure if mine and m wife order got reverse. At least I am sure the right prescription went to the right glasses

I have been authorized to get different contacts and still eyeconic could not get in contact with my dr and canceled my order.
Really easy to order and if I have to cancel an order or send back a return it's been really easy.
Using eyeconic for the first time was relatively easy from shopping for frames and try frames on virtually, to adding my benefits from insurance, and uploading the prescription. The most difficult part was get the PD to work. Why that took the longest it did work and I was happy with the glasses when they arrived.

They don't offer the best reactive lenses. The ones offered are the older version that is too slow.
Why are there constant request for updated prescriptions. I can only see my eye doctor once every 2 year. I can only get a 90 supply ONCE a year. I am 70 years old - my contact Rx has been the same for many years. It is an annoyance to have to track down my contact Rx - it's not like they are a controlled substance and they can be abused somehow. It is annoying. My rx is outdated by 3 months and I know this will hold up my order and I have like 7 of each contact left and I have no eye glass prescription either.
Fast, quick and easy. Superior coverage thru VSP - that sends me to Eyconic. Otherwise Eyeconic is about the same cost as everyone else - e.g. Lens King, East Coast Contacts, etc. HOWEVER - I DO RECOMMNEND VSP VISION - excellent an easy to use insurance (for once).
