Before the prices of glasses were high but still within a reasonable margin considering that this is basically a service to use insurance to get free glasses. Now we have to pay tax (we didn't use to) and the prices are 2x and more than what you can get on the market. It's an egregious increase and it's unnecessarily taking advantage of the situation

I signed into my account to reorder contact lenses. The site wouldn't let me continue processing the order for payment. I had to call customer service and they told me to sign out of my account and order as a guest. The rep wasn't sure why the site wasn't working. I had to re-upload my prescription and the order went through. I appreciated the help from the CS rep.
This is absolutely unacceptable that your system does not provide the yearly discount automatically when I order a yearly supply for different contact for left and right eye. This is still 4 boxes.
