Checkout page was throwing an unspecified error that seemed to relate to me uploading my prescription. File type and size was correct. Had to back out to the product page and go back through checkout for it to work.
Basic browsing experience. Wish I could compare contact options via pricing w/ insurance instead of clicking on each one. Was bummed not to have a 30 pack option in the brand I wanted (Acuvue Oasys w/ hydralux - not astigatism).

I mistakenly added the wrong prescription and realized it when i went to add my perscription. The computer would not let me edit I had to redo the order. Also please make it easier to order single color contacts. I like to wear all the color It would be nice to have a 6 box deal with one of each color.
Just because it is covered though insurance, I go for it. Otherwise, the price generally is higher here compared to other places.

Inconsistent pricing (inflation, I know) & Acuvue options displayed on website. I'm a returning customer simply wanting to use VSP insurance benefit but could only find larger more expensive lens packs. I had to look up last years order to find needed size to "reorder".
Good idea to clarify for insurance users that the tax is on the pre-insurance amount. I was shocked at first that a $39 cost had a $20 tax... then realized it was on the full amount. Just a thought.
I've ordered my contacts here for the past couple years. I haven't had any hiccups yet. I place the order with an attached copy of my prescription then I get updates by email to let me know it's on its way. The whole process is reasonably quick. I've experienced issues with other sellers where the need to go back and forth by phone or email is required to resolve some issue which ends up prolonging the process. I haven't had that issue with eyeconic orders so far.

This past order was placed and they canceled it b/c "they could read the RX". The only reason I knew any information was b/c I proactively called in. It had been almost a month and never received glasses. My order status was sitting idle with no explanation. Had I known they RX didn't come through clear, I would've re-sent prescription immediately. I never received any communication (they did said they sent an email but searched all deleted, junk, etc, and nothing). Either way, only resolution was to place a new order from scratch and wait for it to be shipped. No real help or solutions from customer service. I feel like the least they could've done was apologize for issue and expedite shipping.

First 2 orders smooth no prob. Our most recent order made us rethink using eyeconic. Order sat for weeks with no communication then it was just canceled. When I called, representative didn't offer much resolution (not real friendly either). She said they couldn't read RX. She says they emailed me but I searched and nothing. My "solution" was starting order all over again. I would think, at the least, they could help reprocess the order or maybe offer expedited shipping since we're already 3 weeks post order.
Easy to use website... great pricing on name-brand items (I always get Oakley frames), and so very simple to attach your insurance benefits. When there is an issue (this time I had an issue measuring my PD with the automated tool), customer service was able to look up my last order and pull my PD from a few months ago in about 3 minutes from pressing call to hanging up.
So far a good experience. Will see about how the shipping goes. Was very easy to do virtual try on for most glasses, some they do not have it for. Was very easy to apply my VSP benefits to my purchase as well!

I tried to make a order for the first time for some reason my order got cancelled. I called once, i was informed that it was a mistake and that everything was ok to not worry. The next day or the following day i get a email saying my account got cancelled. Great i called again to try to see why it got cancelled. They cant tell me why it got cancelled there response was make a order again. After that i asked, well if it happensa again can you provide me with a number to some one that can tell me that information. Her response "i don't know why it got cancelled it does not tell me just make a order again, if it gets cancelled call back and i can send you with a supervisor". Seriously that's your response yes i am using insurance but its not like i am not also spending a good amount on top of my insurance for a better pair and your response is order it again. Her response does not sit well i wish she could give me more info so when i re-order because i need my glasses i don't make the same mistake. Now that would of been so nice. That would of been the 5 star right there.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
