I love using eyeconic to purchase my glasses each year! The sizes are there and the virtual try on makes it an easy process. They always fit great. I love that I can go to the eye doctor if I need an adjustment, but I rarely need to.
Ordering from Eyeconic is easy. The hardest part is picking out your frames, but that is because they have such a great selection!
Nice that they remembered my insurance and reminded me to use my insurance before it was gone for the year. The have a nice supply of frames and it was really wonderful to use the virtual try on option. It was a big help.

Hands down the best site one can order eyeglasses! Great selection of frames, extremely easy way to find perfect size and upload your prescription. Whatever question you have it's answered with a click of a side button! The only thing is, when you receive the glasses they need to be adjusted and you have to go to a physical store. Luckily, so far I have been assisted, but it's a bit embarrassing since I haven't shopped there and they do it free of charge.

This platform has become overpriced in the last 2 years. I used to love eyeconic and use it as my first choice for insurance redemption but now its a back up due to the prices going up by what seems like 50 to 100 percent an item.
I used to love eyeconic and would make it my first stop shop but now it's a last resort when I have remaining benefits. Every time I log on prices are higher then the last more than double when I first started using and hikes year over year.
The prices for contact lens on eyeconic (only in network retailer for my vsp) are extremely overpriced compared to other retailers
My last order experience was for my annual supply of contacts. It was very quick and i received my shipment sooner than the estimate.
Had to reupload the photo of my prescription multiple times about a week after I had tried to order which was a bit frustrating. The text was readable and there was contact info for my doctor if they needed to verify what I had put in the drop downs.
I had a large remaining balance in my insurance and it wasn't carried over into my shopping cart, so this website said that I couldn't use any of my insurance balance. When I called, I spoke to a really excellent customer service agent who was able to manually carry over my insurance balance so that I was able to actually purchase the contacts using my insurance.
Shopping for my new prescription glasses at the Eyeconic website was the best and easiest process. I didn't have to face walls loaded with hundreds of eyeglass frames. On Eyeconic's website I was able to narrow my search by style, shape and frame color. And uploading my new prescription was super easy. Delivery was very fast also, It was a pleasant and painless shopping experience.
I like the options of being able to search for glasses by face shape, brand, style or color. It makes the process much easier than going to an eyeglass store and staring at a wall displaying hundreds of frames.
