Adding a payment method in Affirm didn't work. Received some kind of error message about my birthdate not matching what's on my insurance. I can't fix that.

Setteing up your account and insurance is much more convoluted and difficult than need be due to the wonky navigation of the site. Once you manage to get set up, preferring is extremely easy.

The process and easy the quality of the glasses are great, however, many of the selections are not available & never re-stocked.

The sunglasses I have purchased from here have been the clearest and best quality I've ever gotten. And when I've needed help, the service has been top notch and friendly.

It was just like this time. Put in order. Took picture of RX prescription with Soft CL from my DR. Look forward to getting contacts next week

I used to save money by doing my eyeglass business online. The prices have steadily increased where it's better to buy glasses at the optometrist. I stopped buying at the optometrist due to cost. Spending over $300 for glasses online with vsp insurance is more expensive if I had no insurance and bought them at Costco or another online retailer.

STAY SIGNED IN DOES NOT WORK. Really inconvenient to have to sign in every time I pull up website. If I'm not finished shopping on my phone and I try and come back to it I have to resign back in and go back through all the filter options before continuing shopping.

Any other store won't charge a penny but Eyeconic is charging tax on original amount of the frame though it's fully covered under the insurance. Scam.

I could not leave PD option empty and it did not have my PD numbers. Had to pick the closest, which is really a bad webpage. There is no way to leave a note or point out that the PD numbers have to come from the prescription.

Ordering glasses and prescription sunglasses is so easy on Eyeconic. Being able to link my insurance and virtual try-on makes the experience quick and easy. Prices are great too.

The virtual try on and how easy it is to navigate the website and purchase glasses. One of the best websites I have used. Wish all shopping was this easy.

Selected my benefits and price were wrong. Had to toggle back and forth to other family members for price to show correctly at checkout.

Eyeconic is very easy to use until you get to measuring your PD with their built in tool. The camera seems to work, but all I ended up with was a rotating dot (3 dots) with no actual measuring. I had to use a different PD tool to get my PD.

Fast easy and secure. No hassle and upfront about cost. No pressure unlike the eye dr office who tells me that there prices are better when I just got a year supply for half as much.

I love how easy it is to purchase on this site using my vision insurance. I also really like the new virtual try on feature, very nice!

I was able to find the brand and style for my sunglasses with ease and confidence that they will meet my expectations upon arrival.

We used this to buy glasses for my daughter - the prices started out as $57.00 and by the time we were through, we were up to $136.92 - so many "add-on's" that were not advertised - even when using our insurance - what a disappointment!

Easy to place orders, upload prescriptions and I like that they're integrated with my insurance so there's no need to file claims
