You don't cancel and make me do the work. This is why I typically enjoy ordering through 800-contacts. They see the mistake, if there is one, verify for me, then call and tell me about the change, WITHOUT DELAY of my order! At the end of the day, it is what the RX order states and Dr. verification, not me. Having me go through the process all over just so you have a smoother and clean process is not my problem. You chose the logistics. You have only delayed my need. Way to go for the consumer!
