I ordered my contacts on 12/18 after spending more than an hour trying to navigate issues with the website. I thought my order was complete but apparently for some reason my order was cancelled. Looking back at my email I did see a notice that the prescription was rejected but I have no idea why. If it's just because my name on my insurance is listed as "Mary Resman" and the prescription is listed as "Mary Jo Resman" this seems a pretty rediculous reason to cancel my order. Bottom line, I need my contacts and yours service is not helping me get my prescription filled. If you cancel it again I will take my business elsewhere and won't be back.
Easy process, price was reasonable. I am excited to see how the frames turn out.
Great glasses, kind of difficult to gauge the look of the glasses from the virtual try-on but the glasses are nearly always good

There aren't a lot of common brands. For example Oakley is not on here. Also very few with polarized lenses.
Terrible experience checking out on the website, Kelly at Customer service was great at helping resolve the issue. Kept having issues landing to the Shipping Page first, then Payment Page next and eventually to make the Payment! Had to spend over 30+ minutes for something that should have taken less than 5 minutes.
Virtual try-on is great, but wasn't available for one of the glasses I was considering. $45 (including copay) for a Rx pair of glasses... beats the $400 my optometrist tried to sell me on.

Same as above. Also, last year had purchased progressive glasses for my wife and me. Eyeconic completely messed up, got the height wrong for both pairs. We sent it back for corrections, Even post corrections, we have not been able to wear the glasses
