The prescription Glasses I ordered were delivered without any delay.
I ordered glasses they came. I don't like the color. I tried to exchange clear for black within exchange timeframe. The price of the glasses had changed and was told I needed to pay new price. I even talked to a manager and they couldn't help. I just wanted the same glasses in a different color for the same price listed when I bought them. Disappointed for sure. I've spent a lot of money with eyeconic.
Little bit tricky finding final costs, or if all frames took prescriptions
The ordering process and ability to use insurance is very easy. However I wish there were more frame options, especially in the Oakley brand.
Prices are much better than ordering in-store. Selection isn't always the best, but you can't beat their pricing.
And then they offer you a discount but I use it for my insurance plan.
It is great that we can use our insurance to purchase through Iconic, however they charge a lot more than many other companies
