The checking out process was pretty easy! This is my first time buying from the site and I could easily find what I wanted! This is may importanté to me so I appreciate that! I can't wait to get my glasses that will be the deal breaker!
Overall process is good, (haven't gotten the glasses yet so maybe it is a bit pre-mature) but the 'try on' process needs a bit of work. The picture and frames need to be scaled to be more realistic. The selection process needs a way to filter easier and better, available at anytime.
Lots of styles and great ways to filter and select frames. I loved the "try it on" and "compare" features. The only beef I had was that sometimes the website gets glitchy: after choosing "frames that fit my prescription" I went on to select lenses and was told that the frame I had chosen would not work with my prescription! What gives?
So I spent a little more time and got something great. I have used them several times before. Once when my frames broke, many months after purchase, I called for some customer satisfaction and learned that my style had been discontinued and could not be fixed. They gave me a whole new pair in a similar style!

I have purchased 4 pairs form this company so far-all have been great and cost me 1/4 I would have paid in the office.
I tried ordering glasses on the day of a BOGO event, but kept receiving a message that said the gateway was experiencing a network delay, and that a "duplicate transaction has been submitted." However, the order never went through, so I contacted customer service via e-mail and via live support, with no response. The next day when I tried to order again, the network was no longer "experiencing a delay," and I didn't get the BOGO price. I should have gotten a response by now, to either help me fix the issue the day of, or to give me the BOGO pricing the following day when I successfully placed my order, because EyeBuyDirect's network was the issue, not mine.
I love it so far! Good experience and great prices. I have bought one pair and just ordered another one. I have recommend to a couple of my friends and they seem to be satisfied also. They will continue to have my business.
