The shipping cost an extra 69 dollar just to get a tracking number? That's crazy. The shipping time was still the same 7-14 business days either way. You just need to pay 70 dollars for a tracking number. That's ludicrous.

Everyone is always complimenting my glasses, and I continually refer them to this site! I love my glasses, and they were ridiculously cheap. $30, for stylish glasses with my prescription, anti-glare and anti-scratch coating! They are super lightweight, very durable, fit me perfectly, and came with a cloth, case, and screwdriver: all of which I use everyday! I will only ever buy my glasses from here, period.

I love the large selection of frames, I'm still awaiting my order and will comment further once received. I will say my only complaint thus far was the process of trying on the frames at home through photo upload. So frustrating! The picture I uploaded would auto flip after I had cropped and rotated it with the available photo editor. I spent 45mins trying to get it right before giving up. I tried from my p. C. and my cell, no luck. Other than this, (which I find to be a very important feature when purchasing glasses online), no complaints. Fix the issue and at this point I'd say five stars! Will update once my order is received.

It was easy to order and pay for my glasses. My glasses broke and unneeded glasses asap because I cannot see without mine.
I'm way too clumsy to spend the amount of money that the frames cost at the eye doctor. EBD has such a great selection of affordable lenses that allow me to have a pair at work, one at home, etc. without breaking the bank or obsessing over them if they break. I tell everyone to shop here.
I love all the choices, colors, shapes, sizes, and the website makes it super easy to try any glasses on your own pic and save favorites. Best part has to be the cost though! I've been getting my glasses here for years, just ordered two new ones and a case for under $100.
I wouldn't shop anywhere else for glasses. I have bought here several times and I can get 2 pair for less than what the lenses for one pair would cost. Have never had any problems with the fit or the quality.

My baby nephew pulled my glasses of my face and stretched them beyond compare but being able to buy prescription glasses online makes shopping so easy and convenient. Being able to virtually try the glasses on is a great aspect.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
