I have been using eyebuydirect since 2011. I am happy with there prices and styles. I would love to see an easier way of reordering previous orders as long as the style of frames is still available.
Amazing customer service, great quality lenses for a great price! I have so much trouble getting my script right and the customer service has been so quick and thorough. I love the styles they have and the lenses are so affordable! There are sales often and a great student discount!

I ordered polarized prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago. They arrived within 14 days, just as I ordered them. I am very happy with them. I don't have a complicated prescription. Just ordered plain polarized sunglasses for my husband, as they look like more expensive ones, but I can customize them.
My husband broke his nose as a youngster and has a bump and wide part where glasses would "sit". We are left to check each pair of eyeglasses to find the width of the bridge. I called and was give two pairs of glasses with the width we were looking for, found one of them wouldn't accept the prescription that was needed. Found another pair, hope the bridge works even though it's narrower, but has the nose pads to give some flexibility for satisfactory wearing.

Easy to order what you want, only just wish had more frams to choose from, like the way putting in my Rx. Is easy to do. No where does it say how long it will take to get glasses done before they are shiped.
Going to the eye doctor to buy glasses is inconvenient and unnecessarily expensive! I'm so glad I've found this website. It was easy to navigate and very self-explanatory. In my experience: it IS user friendly. They even have helpful tips (the? Buttons) to help you and answer any questions. They have a GREAT selection of frames and very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be coming back!

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Eye Buy Direct last summer & loved them! I've had no trouble what so ever, even with having prism in my script, & just bought 2 more pairs. I can't wait to get the new ones to switch things up!
Mostly the glasses have been fine. I have had several of the lens pop out as the screw was loose upon arrival.
The process is easy and simple. No issues here. This is a little long winded and unnecessary but ya done good bo. Good job.

I have worn glasses since I was two and have spent so much money over the years to update my lenses and frames. I often times felt confined to one type or style of frame because frames are so expensive and I didn't want to get something I wouldn't like in the long run. But with EBD I am able to express my more creative side because I can afford a pair of prescription glasses for under $50.00

I have only ever had one pair break and it was because I lost a screw, which was super easy to fix. The website is easy to navigate and returns/exchanges simple to preform.
EBD could categorize their glasses better, especially for people who have bifocals as not all lenses can accommodate the size needed for bifocals.
I have ordered many pairs of glasses for myself and family members from Eyebuydirect and have only once received a pair of glasses that did not work for me. I highly recommend the products and service.
