Cheapest glasses i found. Only need a back up pair so didnt need to spend a lot of money. Downside though is sunglasses. Need to Have a better selection of those.
Several years ago, before moving to Africa, I bought a pair of "spare" glasses from EyeBuyDirect, as well as a pair I used at the time. Six years have passed, several pair of glasses have come and gone and I never needed the spare until recently. What a blessing! I am now ordering more. The fit and quality have been excellent. I t was easy to find the frame options that fit my size so narrowing down the choice didn't take so long. I didn't use the "try them on" option, but it's a great feature. (Someone is coming from the States, so will bring these along, can't wait!) Glad I found this company!

I am in awe of the ease of ordering glasses at super affordable prices. I would say I will be a repeat customer, but unfortunately I can't access this website from my laptop - the page doesn't load any graphics or links, just text, and I had issues even finding a way to contact them about my problem. I tried on both safari and google chrome? Not sure about the issue. I just placed an order from my computer at work - it loads here on a Windows 10, perhaps an issue with them being supported on Mac computers? Regardless, once the site was up, it was neat to be able to try on frames and have many customization options for my lenses. What they're doing is great, if they could fix their website I would absolutely purchase here again.

The try on feature is the best, large selection of glasses, need more colors for lenses. Prescriptions always seem to be on the mark. Once proceeding too far in the selection process it seems difficult to back up without losing all the info submitted. Don't like that. I wanted to go back and try the last pair I selected, but found no way to do so. I purchased them anyway, and just hope I'll like them. Hate returns.

My first pair of glasses from them was a decent price and the lenses are so clear, but their quality was not the best... the right arm broke in half after two months. I have no heard back from them, but the pricing of each pair is so reasonable that I still came back for a replacement. I guess I'll just have to go get my broken ones fixed by a local place though.

I was recommended here for my first pair of glasses, and it didn't take terribly much effort to navigate after being familiar with some other online stores. After a few minutes of browsing, I bought a pair I liked with my prescription, for less than the cost of the cheapest of the frames at the Optometrist's place of business, never-mind the lenses. A useful and fairly intuitive business site ultimately.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
