I ordered the wrong script and realized it on the weekend. I email EyeBuy Direct and Monday morning got a email stating they refunded my money and I ordered the right script. Where as they could have said it was to late and I would have been stuck with them. So thank you.
So far I don't have to speak with customer support because I don't have an issue. Prices are nicely acceptable, much lower than I find elsewhere, I can usually find a cool frame I can live with, NEVER pass up a coupon discount.
Used the try on feature, but glasses appeared at the top of the picture and could not be adjusted. May have been operator error as this was my first time using this site.
I have gotten 6 pairs now from this company and each time I have received my glasses in a timely matter, in nice cases, and whenever I have had a problem they are super quick to fix it. Love each pair I have bought (especially since I change my look like twice a year). 10/10 for them!
Very pleased with my purchases. Quality frames, lenses and service at a fraction of the cost of the brick and mortar stores. There was an error on my distance glasses which turned out to be MY mistake. EBD replaced the glasses at no charge and paid the shipping to have me return the original pair. That is going beyond, in my opinion. So happy with my prescriptions that I've ordered a second pair of my readers for my purse. Love this company and highly recommend there services.

This site is so easy to use and I love all the photos of models with the glasses and then the reviews have photos as well. It really helps. I was shopping a lot of websites but kept coming back because the choice of frames, the pricing, and the ease of the website was by far the best!
I have been customer for ten years since college.The glasses uses to be more durable, cheaper(in price in quality), and more eclectic in the style. I used to buy multiple glasses a year for different styles. Now I do because they break so easily. Issues with warranty replacement. Something I rarely utilized became a nightmare within a year.
I had ti use a second phone because if trobke with your site, not been able to access after I enter my amazon account at check out. I just get a message with a 400 header something, not even able to open your website.
Not sure why the local option was 4 times as much money. It is different ordering online but 1/4 the price is worth the awkwardness.

Good selection of frames and lenses. I was trying to order a duplicate pair of glasses with identical specs. While the order history has all the details of prior purchase, I was not able reorder the same item without having to go through the painful process of filling all the details. This process could be simplified for reorders.
I have been buying glasses from IBD for several years. I had to try out various designs until I settled on what works, but that's online buying and I have no complaints. The Help functions however are completely inadequate. The chat function starts by asking for an email and then results in an email 3 days after attempting to use it. Email contact is no quicker. Bottom Line--inexpensive (and cool, sometimes really cool) glasses but be sure of what you want because there is no help. Probably that is the price for "inexpensive". Works for me, but then I used to buy at Lens Crafters.
I am so happy with EyeBuyDirect. I started buying my prescription eyeglasses a few years ago from this website. I do have insurance through work who gives about $200 annually towards glasses or contacts so I always use my insurance towards yearly contacts, and ask my eye dr for my eye glass RX & order them from here! They come right in the mail & I've never has an issue. =)

I've bought two pairs of sunglasses, and just ordered two pairs of regular glasses, the prescriptions were on point but when I ordered the sunglasses, there was a problem and for some reason they couldn't put my prescription in the frames I chose, and didn't tell me about it until 3 days after my order. It should really automatically tell you before you check out "hey we can't use these frames with your particular prescription, here are some that we can" instead I had to contact customer service and talk with a representative to get things straight and get a pair I could use. Great customer service though, she helped me out quickly and explained the problems!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
