Love this site. Love the prices! Better selection than the optician. You can narrow your search and only look at what you like. The first time I used the site I ordered prescription sunglasses. They are great. Look cute and fit very well. This is my second try with this company for regular vision glasses... Hope it goes as smoothly as the first time.

The try in feature isn't really mobile friendly, but otherwise it's a great site to get glasses. Would do it again.
Lots of frames to choose from and site was mostly user friendly. First time ordering online. If I did everything correctly, cost will be less than half of previous paid prescriptions.

I ordered a few frames to try on to figure out which pairs looked best. After deciding which ones I liked, I wanted to return them and get the ones I liked with my prescription. I thought it would be a simple process but it ended up being long and drawn out.
All I wanted to do was return the frames and then re-order the ones I liked, but with my prescription. Well, to return, you have to send customer service an email. They reply back relatively fast (avg. 7hrs) but they wouldn't just give me my money back or give store credit so I can repurchase the frames. Instead, they insisted on making me re-order the frames through email, the reason they gave was because it "saves me from shipping costs" (even though it's free shipping on orders of $100 or more - which mine equaled to).
There was also a deal going on for a "buy one get one half off plus an extra 15% off the whole order. I asked customer service if they would be able to honor the promotion through email, but I never got a reply (very strange, considering how fast they've responded in the past...). I really didn't want to miss it so I went ahead and bought the frames via the website.
I still haven't received an email back or my refund. It's a shame, they have nice products, but I'm probably not going to shop from them again... There are a lot of other sites out there that I'll try out instead next time.

I've made multiple purchases over the past two years from EyeBuyDirect. I enjoy being able to purchase several pairs of glasses for the price I would pay to get one pair at my optometrist's office. It allows me to try out different styles and even splurge for sunglasses. I've found the website easy to navigate in selecting what I want, the selection is great, and I have loved all of my glasses.

Just finished the order, and while the shopping was nice the over all lay out of the website was confusing as far as saving a pair of frames for later. Other than that I had few problems with navigating the site. The check out was also a little confusing. So far it was pretty cheap, but instead of using the BOGO code I used a different one that gave me 25% percent off instead. It was surprisingly less of a struggle than I thought it would be to find a shopping code, and generally for other sites (not just glasses sites) it is a MAJOR HASSLE! I was happy I was able to get two pairs of glasses for around 200$ instead of paying another glasses company 500$ for one pair. I just hope these glasses and frames live up to my expectations. I am excited, and I will keep posted when the glasses come in and I am able to make a review for the products in question.
I have yet to try the glasses and see the quality but I purchased 2 glasses with transition lens, anti-glare antiscratch, uv protection for 1/4 of the price of one basic pair
By far the cheapest and easiest way to get glasses. I tend to be hard on glasses, my kids are even worse. I can't even imagine how much I have saved by using eye buy direct to replace glasses.
I've been buying my glasses from them for about 3-4 years and every time I'm happy with my purchase. They always have a great deal going on.
Little catch on reading my prescription. But, called 800 number and was helped with my order. Extremely easy. So now I wait. This company came highly recommended by my dental office. They seem very happy.
